Nice & clean dealership. Our 2nd purchase with Sterling McCall. Finding the truck we wanted that was 2 hours away, both Brayan & Henny made it work to where we were in & out. Will recommend to others and will be back in a few years when my son starts driving.

I will not be purchasing another Chevrolet based on my experience with Sterling McCall Chevrolet. From the initial purchase of my Silverado to ongoing service department interactions, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The service department, in particular, has failed to meet basic expectations for customer care and vehicle maintenance. Based on my experience, I would rate this dealership 1 out of 5 stars and cannot recommend it to others seeking reliable vehicle sales or service. I hope management will address these systemic issues to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations.
