Brought in my car for some electrical work and got it returned in worse condition. My key did not even work to unlock my car once I got it back.

Ok customer service but not the best for a dealer. High cost labor and no discounts offered for repairs needed on your vehicle. It seems like the offer repairs but very limited to discounts and updates for car are way behind what text messages say.

emailed ahead of visit to ensure a specific vehicle was at the location, was assured it was available. arrived only to be told it had just left, but other vehicles could be offered instead. left alone for an uncomfortable amount of time, until we simply left. reminiscent of bait and switch tactics.
