I live in arizona,i got emailed about an auto i wanted to purchase . I called and spoke with Josh Bouchard. He was very personable and offered assistance to ship the car . The purchase was made over the phone . I felt Josh was a trust worthy individual and he had a great personality Unfortunately the trucking outfit had troubles. But fortunately we got to drive up to twin falls and pick up the car and meet Josh! A very nice person. He had the car ready . Smoothest transaction I ever had with a car dealership . I salute you Josh and thankyou for your friendship kindness and word . This was a gift for my wife and there were tears of happiness. I will be calling upon you for the next vehicle a 1964 Chevrolet SS see you soon! Matt and Marti Nuzzo willcox Az!

My spouse and I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Goode Motor

My spouse and I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Goode Motor Mazda in early September 2025. Our salesperson was Josh Bouchard, and the General Manager was Steve Long. The buying process seemed smooth at first, but once the sale was finalized, the follow-through fell apart. When we picked up the car, there were visible scratches across the top and other marks that clearly should have been caught before delivery. Josh photographed the issues himself and assured us they would be fixed. He even offered to pick the vehicle up from my spouse’s workplace—something that never happened. We ended up bringing it back on our own time. We met with Steve Long on September 9 to explain what had happened. He said he would look into it and contact us. Nearly three weeks passed with no update. The only time we heard from anyone again was after we emailed him ourselves. Even then, the responses were brief, deflecting the matter to others rather than taking responsibility. Every single follow-up came only because we initiated it. The promises to “make it right” and “follow up” were never kept, and the dealership’s communication after the sale was nearly nonexistent. For a new-car purchase, that’s unacceptable. We expected professionalism, honesty, and consistent communication. Instead, it felt like once the sale was complete, we no longer mattered. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Goode Motor Mazda.

Great to work with.

Great to work with. I would recommend buying from them. I live 2 hours away from dealer, we negotiated over the phone and there were suprises when we signed papers.

We dealt with Nolan and he has been great to deal with

We dealt with Nolan and he has been great to deal with and the dealership has awesome to deal with, we live in Nevada so when our car has getting serviced or repair they have great always get use a loaner to use until they are done with our car.
