Take my Ford to a Ford dealership and nothing really got done same problem when I dropped it off and same problem when I picked it up! And got charged $236.00 for nothing

Brandon Dixon, with Mobile Service did an excellent job with communication, timely repair of a recall on my car in my driveway and kept me informed on when he came and left. Way to go Brandon!!

Brought car that was running fine in for an oil change and now has a rod knock and the motor is junk. Can't prove that they caused rod knock and didnt offer any compensation. Have been a repeated customer for years with many other Ford vehicles and never had any issues with dealership.

Said they changed the camshaft in the motor and it was covered with leaves and dirt,before and after the work, and now the motor smokes on start up,never did before service
