As always, Tobi Machak got our appointment scheduled and we check in. Service was completed and we were on our way in less than 45 minutes. Tobi is always a pro and so pleasant to work with!!

Justin in sales is stellar! The Eagle River Ford Service department is on their last leg with me. I bought a brand new F250 (order) from Justin, and I've had it in now 3 times for issues with trailering - the main reason for buying the truck - and the issue still carries on and I cannot tow safely or effectively. Truck is pushing a year old and unresolved by them. I'm on my last leg and this would likely prevent me from buying or taking my truck for service there in the future, which is too bad, because Justin was amazing to work with.

I wanted to thank you all for helping us get into the camper. Jake did a great job. Only complaint is that I didn't really understand the added cost and details around the 7 year warranty. Purchase and pick up went super smooth!

Jordan Kohlman was our sales consultant. He did a great job answering all of our questions without being pushy. He also helped us get the infotainment set up as this was our first new vehicle in many years. We would definitely buy from Jordan again.
