The people are friendly and professional. The parts and service departments being open on Saturdays is a real advantage over other area dealers. The parts department was very helpful in identifying and ordering a part for my daughter’s Expedition on a Saturday so that she could get her vehicle repaired in time for her to return home. Before the purchase of my new F150, my in-laws and others in the family have been loyal customers here and have always been treated well. The experience has been great and it was a pleasure to purchase from them.

I was traveling in August 2026. I had a transmission cooling line fail in route to Eagle River. Clark answered my call and was able to get my truck in the next day to determine the problem and order the parts.
