Teresa Smith and the team did an amazing job with me getting my 23 Camaro ss I called on Friday afternoon and told her don't sell it....I would be there are 8 a.m. coming from ohio. She told me she would call me if it sold before they closed Needless to say, she had my SS all cleaned up and ready to go!!! Financing was a breeze, delivery was a breeze!!!! Thank you Teresa!!!!!!!!! She is A++++++++++

I was able to trade in my leased vehicle and lease a new truck with Victory. Dan was helpful, and we worked through a deal that took a short time hammer out. The Finance Dept., and closing out the deal was seamless. I would recommend Victory.

I drove over 2 hours from Cleveland to purchase a new
I drove over 2 hours from Cleveland to purchase a new 2023 Ram Rebel because of a attractive advertised price. After driving the 200 plus moles home, I immediately took it to a national rustproofer. They informed me of rust already present on the frame of the truck and gave me pictures. I contacted the general sales manager, Keith Accettulla via email to express concern and received an incredibly rude email back essentially saying it was a problem between myself and Chrysler Corporation. There is no one at this dealership who apparently has authority above Keith so his decision is the law. I have also attempted to contact their finance department by phone and every call is sent to voice mail and never returned. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I honestly don't know how they can successfully operate this way. I would recommend you go elsewhere if you expect any dealer support after your purchase.

Have been to Victory multiple times for both covered repairs and non-warranty. Anthony is great. Has always addressed my concerns and been very respectful. The work has always been completed the first time with no issues following. They have always been great with me and I would recommend highly.

Absolutely atrocious customer service.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. I emailed the dealership asking for information on a Wrangler on Monday 7/3, and looking for a quote with no trade in. Keith Accettulla - the general sales manager responded saying - and I quote - "The 2023 Jeep Wrangler you inquired about is available. it is something I suggest we move quickly on." After some additional back and forth on 7/3, I was hit with radio silence until 7/5, when I finally received an initial range of monthly payments for a lease (with incorrect tax info, which I also had already provided). I asked why it was taking so long to just get a quote, and I was basically brushed off and told they were busy working with other customers, and they'd get to me when they get to me. Actual quote from Keith Accettulla - "I am not worried about other dealers, we get our fair share of business. Monday, I was with customers in the showroom all day. I'll get you some information tomorrow morning." I really liked the Jeep, and filled out the credit app online to get the purchase rolling on Thursday 7/6 at 1:45pm. I followed up at 3:50pm to see where the final lease quote was. Didn't receive anything back until Friday 7/7 at 9:50 am. The dealership is open from 9am-8pm on Mon, Tue, and Thursday. There is no excuse for the consistent delay and waiting to hear back from them. Please please please - if you are in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or RAM - take your business elsewhere.

Poor Service Work that needed
On Oct 17 2022, I took my truck into Victory Dodge for an oil change and that morning notices oil drips in my driveway. When I arrived at Victory Dodge, I explained the oil leaks, the underside of my truck was “Wet” and the dip stick showed no oil. I also addressed there is obvious leaking oil around the head gasket. When the service was complete the service manager at Victory Dodge stated the oil filter bracket was broken and needed replaced, which was causing the wet underside and leaks. I asked about the head gasket leaks and he stated “That’s acceptable leakage”. I paid deductible for this repair Today, 21 Dec 2022, I chose to change my service dealer to another local Dodge / Ram dealer and reviewed my complaints with them. They came back to advise that there are a number of excessive leaks around the engine and “I don’t know how they didn’t address them. These leaks are not fresh”. When this work is done, I need to pay another deductible. My complaints and concerns are Victory Dodge failure to provide adequate and proper service when addressed with them. The fact I paid a deductible for those repairs, and now I have to pay again to get it properly repaired. My other complaint is the possibility of continued damage occurring from low oil levels caused by these leaks, Victory did not address. I look forward to hear from customer service in the near future. Interesting enough, I emailed VICTORY via their site last week with no response. Typical of their service

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. Rude. Out of touch with their customers or potential customers. Lack of knowledge. Lack of respect. It may be a sellers market but dishonesty from a company and the leadership is not worth it. Highly recommend going else where.
