We came to the dealership to look at one specific car. Not neccesarily to buy it. Kyle Cross came out and spoke to us about the Buick Envision. Beautiful car and Kyle was full of knowledge and information. Kyle and I went for a test drive. He made me feel comfortable driving it and pointed out all the features no pressure and by the time we got back I was ready to buy. This car was a demo and Kyle inspected the car and made sure everything was in perfect condition. The process was easy and we were home with a new vehicle in no time. I highly recommend Ferman Buick GMC. Ask for Kyle Cross, he makes the process easy and painless.We also use Fermans for service, it is a great company to deal with.

We walked in without any appointment and Minhaaj was very quick to approach us. We told him what we wanted and he was very helpful and showed us the car we were interested in and even took us for a test drive. Taking into consideration it was friday at 5pm I was really impressed with his patience and willingness to go over everything with us. He was the reason we bought the car at Ferman.

We were shopping for a Buick Envision. We called Ferman Buick GMC regarding a specific car that they had on their web sight and left a message. Kyle called us back in just a few minutes. He was extremally friendly. He understood what we wanted and went out of his way to answer all of our questions. We live in Titusville but we were so impressed with the way Kyle treated us on the phone that we drove to Tampa to see the car. When we got there we Kyle met us in the parking lot. He had the car we wanted to see ready to go, he even had the air conditioner running to ensure we were comfortable. His knowledge of the car was impressive. After a short test drive we decided to try and make a deal. The process went smoothly and we purchased the Buick Envision for a price we felt was fare. I would recommend Ferman Buick GMC to anyone who was interested in buying a new car. I would also tell them to ask for Kyle Cross.

I was looking at a new truck Matt had seen that my lease was almost up he reached out to me and ask me what my plans were to buy it out or release I told him what I was looking for and told him what my payment needed to be and man did he come though !!! Matt’s follow up though out the week till I got there was great . He had all the paperwork ready when I walked in . I saw a Yukon xl online and i immediately contacted the dealership. Matt was the person I made contact with. Throughout the entire truck shopping process, he answered every question and provided quick feedback. Even on his off days, he answered questions for me. We got the dealership when they op, the vehicle was in the garag me nice and shiny. It was just waiting for me. The truck was full of gas on arrival. I am now the proud owner of a 2023 Yukon xl. I found the vehicle I wanted online, went to Ferman to buy it. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant, and helpful while trying to work through/around some paperwork issues. I don't think the sale could have gone any more smoothly. I only wish the dealership was closer to my house.
