Senior Buying Experience
I just want to say how pleased I am with my experience while buying a vehicle at the Ferman Auto dealership in Wesley Chapel, Florida. My Sales Professional, Tony Parrado, was indeed very professional. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy. Tony was there to make my purchase possible. The purchase price with my trade in was more than fair. Tony sat with me in my new 2022 Buick Encore GX, patiently demonstrating the high tech features that came with my new car. Then, sensing that I was somewhat overwhelmed, invited me to call him on his cell phone anytime I needed a refresher. Would I recommend the Ferman Dealership to my family and friends? You bet!!! Ask for Tony Parrado for your very best buying experience!

GMC 1500
Josh was very knowledgeable he assisted me in searching for the right truck to fit my needs. He did not pressure me into a decision but layed out the pros / cons and let me decide. He was there until the end and I appreciate that! Lorenzo (sp) was quick to the point and very thorough in explaining finances I appreciate the entire team making it happen for me. First time visit and purchase at Ferman
This was our first time purchase at Ferman GMC. Bruce Toro our salesman was very pleasant and did everything to negotiate the best deal on our trade in. We had been to a couple other dealers and they did not come close to the welcome we received by the Ferman staff. The dealership was probably the cleanest we have ever been in. We worked with Lorenzo finalizing all the paperwork, what a great guy to deal with. We had a few title issues with our trade, Lorenzo and Bruce pleasantly helped us iron out the title issue in Florida.
