Hands down the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever

Hands down the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had. Riverside Ford in Havelock, NC treats you like family, not just another customer walking through the door. Alec Livingston was outstanding from day one. He helped me purchase my 2026 Ford Ranger Raptor and made the entire process easy, straightforward, and actually enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about getting things right. Chris Biondo, the General Manager, checked in throughout the process and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his team. Matt Balek, the Business Manager, made the paperwork painless and stress-free, which is saying a lot when buying a vehicle. No pressure, no games, just honest people who take pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend Riverside Ford to anyone looking for a great experience.

Riverside Ford was fantastic!

Riverside Ford was fantastic! I was a first time buyer. Alec,Chris,and Matt took care of me and I was able to purchase a 2020 Ford Ranger XL Super cab turbocharged. I fell in love with the truck, these guys made it affordable for me any future purchases I'm going only to Riverside thanks again!

I own a 2024 Maverick.

I own a 2024 Maverick. It has a recall. I was so happy to find a dealer that would pick up my truck for service and return to me. That didn’t happen. My appt for 9 came and went and no pick up. Waited an hour and called. Kept on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and was told Richard had answered. He hadn’t. I expected a reason for no pick up either by phone or text. Nothing. Are base personnel getting this kind of service??
