Disappointing

I was looking at a vehicle that I wanted to trade for. This vehicle was pretty beat up but something my spouse could fix, I offered them a deal on it, and bc they couldn't do what I had offered they just pushed it to the side instead of coming back with a counter offer. Guess they aren't in the business of selling cars or pleasing their customers!!!

Disappointing

Horrible service. They obviously didnt want to try and make a deal. Made them an offer on a vehicle that needed some.major repairs and bc they didnt like my offer they totally blew me off!

Junk cars disguised as a good deal

I just bought a car from these people exactly a week ago and there is a leak in the roof. When we test drove the car, we could tell that they had just put a new battery in it and it had reset the sensors (the radio had to be reset as well.) When we got the car home the night we bought it, the air bag sensors were lit. I now know they are on because they are getting soaked everytime it rains. They said I can pay to bring it in and get it looked at. So this car that I just bought for several thousand dollars, I now have to pay who knows how much to get it looked at and fixed for a problem that they seemed to have covered up. If this doesn't say scam, I don't know what does.

F-150 service at Havelock Ford.

Operating with only half power and a skeleton crew. I called without an appointment for a water pump remove and replace, the service manager took me in and gave me a loaner car thinking it would possibly take a day or two. They called back at 1000 and said it’s ready. I was amazed! That quick! These guys were Great for a department in the middle of a hurry recovery!!

Riverside Ford has my highest recommendation for purchasing a new or used vehicle. I was very pleased with my car buying process from start to finish. Definitely recommend

Fast, friendly, and easy. Whole process only took 30 minuets and that was with the test drive as well, very friendly people and they weren’t trying to persuade me to buy a more expensive vehicle

Best dealership in eastern nc

Great staff, great service, wasn’t pushy, they listened and assessed our situation and got my wife in a new car ASAP. All within out budget. A1 service Allen the way.

Experience

My experience was a little bit different. My car broke down and I had to have it towed to Ford. I was not happy that I didn’t receive an update the next day of what was wrong with my car or what was being replaced. I dropped it off on Thursday evening (after hours) wasn’t told what was wrong or being replaced on my car till Monday. I understand it took awhile to fix because the parts needed to come in and there was no one to work on it durning the weekend. I would have liked to have an update sooner than Monday though. I was lucky that everything was covered under the warranty and I only had to pay a deductible. It definitely put us in a bind only having one vehicle. This also isn’t the first time I haven’t been updated about a process going on with my vehicle either. The last time I only went in for an oil change but my car also needed a hose replaced. I wasn’t told this till they had already started but I had things I needed to do and appointments to be at. I luckily had a friend who could come get me but an oil change appointment shouldn’t turn into more especially if the customer had no idea what was going on with the vehicle then you make them pay a deductible.
