I was contacted by Colleen Poineau about a vehicle that I inquired about. From the very first phone call she seemed bothered by being on the phone, extremely unprofessional, and lacked any form of customer engagement qualities whatsoever. The day before my scheduled appointment, the vehicle was sold and the only reason I found out is through my own research to double check the inventory prior to my visit. No one reached out and no one was ever going to, I simply would’ve driven out of my way to go to a dealer appointment for a vehicle that was no longer there. Colleen told me on the phone “well we were going to tell you it sold” and provided absolutely zero additional support, similar vehicles on the lot, nothing at all. I had some further interest in a Chevrolet Colorado that was listed and hoped we could potentially adjust my appointment to see that vehicle rather than the initial. I asked Colleen some very basic questions including what the sticker price is for that vehicle, I was told “if you looked on line then you should know it’s 25 thousand”. From there I was entirely disinterested in doing any further business and was sent on my way with an extremely unpleasant “thanks bye.” over the phone. I highly recommend this be addressed with her because that is a horrible representation of ANY sales support, customer success, or partnering figure in any transaction for a business. I’m extremely turned off of AutoProved after this experience and likely will never be inquiring about another vehicle in the future if it involves working with Colleen.

Thank you for your feedback. After reading your review, I personally listened to the recorded phone call so I could fully understand what took place. I would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this. The vehicle you were interested in sold the very same day as your scheduled appointment. At the time of your call, the delivery had just been completed, and we had not yet had the opportunity to begin notifying customers with upcoming appointments. We understand how disappointing that is, but unfortunately it can happen when inventory moves quickly. Regarding the Chevrolet Colorado, you asked Colleen what the asking price was after mentioning you had already seen it online. She simply confirmed the advertised price that you referenced. The recording does not support that she quoted a different price or attempted to mislead you. We certainly understand your frustration that the original vehicle had sold. That's disappointing for everyone involved. However, we remain committed to treating every customer with respect, even when inventory changes unexpectedly. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. We wish you the best in finding the right vehicle.

Nope, I just wanted to see the car, not give y drivers license info, I was not taking it for a test drive. But they wanted all of my information before I could even LOOK. I do not want to be added to a database if I am just looking. Walked .

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear our process wasn't what you were expecting. Our goal is never to make anyone uncomfortable or collect information unnecessarily. When a customer begins working with one of our sales consultants, we create a basic customer profile so we can answer questions accurately, understand what they're looking for, verify vehicle availability, and provide the best overall experience. It's simply part of how we operate as a dealership and helps us serve our customers more effectively. We understand that every customer has a different preference, and not every dealership's process is the same. While our approach may not have been the right fit for you, we appreciate you giving us the opportunity and wish you the very best in finding the right vehicle.

We ended up purchasing another Ram that we saw on their website. Totally met expectations. Truck was a 2019 but looked band new and totally clean. Chris was easy to work with. They didn't even take our trade-in for a drive before agreeing on a trade price.

I was ready to buy a 2020 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T with a $28,000 bill of sale in hand. I had reviewed the history and was prepared to move forward. While in a work meeting, I couldn’t call right away to place a deposit, so I sent a lighthearted message: “If you knock some money off, I’ll step out and call now.” Instead of a professional reply, the GM sent condescending texts like a child, saying he didn’t want to “take chances” on a buyer like me and implying I’d argue over minor issues. When I addressed his tone, he ended things with a passive-aggressive “Have a great night sir” and killed the deal. Funny enough the next day they took $400 off the price! They also advertise a price that only applies if you finance through them. The car has been sitting for weeks with damage noted. If this is how they treat buyers upfront, I wouldn’t trust the experience after the sale. Take your business elsewhere

I'd lean into the facts here. The review itself establishes that he attempted to renegotiate after agreeing to buy the vehicle. You can correct the narrative without becoming defensive. Thank you for your feedback. I think it's important to provide some additional context for anyone reading your review. You had already agreed to purchase the vehicle and were provided a bill of sale reflecting the agreed-upon price. Before placing your deposit, you texted asking if we would reduce the price further. While we certainly don't fault anyone for asking, our response was simply that we weren't interested in renegotiating a deal that had already been agreed to. The text conversation was never intended to be disrespectful. Rather, it reflected our belief that if we were already renegotiating before a deposit had even been placed, there was a good chance we would continue negotiating throughout the process. Based on that, we made the business decision not to move forward. Regarding the price adjustment, dealerships adjust pricing regularly based on market conditions, inventory age, and current market data. A price change made at a later date is not a retroactive negotiation on a previously agreed-upon deal. Finally, our pricing is fully disclosed. We clearly advertise when a price includes financing incentives, and those details are available to every customer before making a purchase decision. We genuinely wish you the best in finding the right vehicle and appreciate the opportunity to explain our perspective.

Extremely rude!! The secretary was rude and snippy and even the manager was extremely rude!! Simply unbelievable experience! I tried talking to them but they were all dismissive and couldn't care less. Do not buy a car from here or waste your time on this terrible place.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm disappointed to read your review because it doesn't reflect the level of professionalism we expect from our team. We take pride in treating every customer with courtesy and respect, whether they ultimately purchase a vehicle from us or not. Unfortunately, without additional details, we're unable to identify the interaction you're referring to or investigate what may have happened. If there was a breakdown in communication, we'd genuinely like the opportunity to review it and address it appropriately. We encourage you to contact our management team directly so we can better understand your concerns. Constructive feedback helps us improve, and if we fell short, we'd like the opportunity to make it right. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.

Absolutely terrible experience. My brother applied for a car loan here and put down a $2,000 deposit. The dealership knew his Pennsylvania driver’s license was suspended, meaning he couldn’t legally get insurance, register, or drive the vehicle. Despite that, they tried to push the sale through, telling us he could just “get a REAL ID or state ID” — which is completely false and misleading. Now they’re refusing to refund the deposit, even though the sale cannot legally be completed. Their own paperwork says “with approved credit and pending verification of stipulations,” and this situation clearly fails that condition. Instead of doing the right thing, they’re using fine print to hold the money and avoid responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trust this dealership with a deposit. Be very careful — make sure you read every line before you sign, and don’t believe everything their sales team tells you.

Dishonest. After we researched a couple vehicles online and went to the dealership we where told the advertised price is for financing only, and, regardless, there is a $2000 upcharge for sales that are not "locaL" meaning the customer lives more than 20 miles away. None of that was disclosed in the online offer. Simply a way to jerk up the price. Stay away.

Thank you for your feedback. However, your review omits several important facts. Your brother was approved for financing and was not denied credit. The issue arose because he had a valid New York driver's license while also having a Pennsylvania driver's license that was suspended due to outstanding fines. Until that suspension is resolved, he cannot legally register or insure a vehicle in Pennsylvania. This was not a situation where the dealership attempted to complete an unlawful transaction. On the contrary, once we became aware of the licensing issue, we could not legally complete the sale until the necessary requirements were satisfied. Our purchase agreements clearly outline the terms regarding deposits, and those documents were reviewed and signed before the transaction moved forward. We understand this was a frustrating situation, but it was not created by the dealership, nor was it related to financing approval. We genuinely hope your brother is able to resolve the suspension, and we'd be happy to assist him with his vehicle purchase once he is legally able to complete the transaction.

Great communication, worked out almost everything completely remote which was the most important. I knew it was the right vehicle, the right price and just needed to be sure the budget worked with financing. Came in and took a test drive to make sure it was perfect and when we got back the finance manager had all the options ready for me.
