This dealership quoted a price on line then over the...

This dealership quoted a price on line then over the phone. We drove 80 miles prepared to buy the car. When we sat down with the sales agent he told us the price would be 1000 more because we did not live in the Lehigh Valley. They also refused to title the car in our MT LLC. We left. 5 hours latter they called and said they would sell us the car with an open title so we could register it in MT...they still wanted the extra 1000. An open title does not transfer ownership and is used on illegal scams. I do not trust this dealership and would never buy a car there.

Called at 11 am and made an appointment to see the car at...

Called at 11 am and made an appointment to see the car at 1pm. When I got there they told me the car was taking about 30 minutes ago to PP&L. If I wanted I could see it there. I told them I would not be back and don't call me. They didn't even apologize.

No service after the sale

Bought a 2017 Armada. Sales went great. Friendly as all xxxx. 1 week later started having electrical issues. Drove 60 miles to mechanic. Took car to autoproved mechanic told them brake light out. They lied and said no problem. 2 days later my Wife said the brake light was still out even though mechanic said no problem. I put a bulb and and started having electrical issues. No brake light, drivers side turn signal issues and lights on dash causing rough running. Called dealership for 2 weeks. Manager(Vince) would not return my call and salesman (Chris) acting as a middle man. All they kept saying was use my extended warranty and take it somewhere. There's a 200 dollar deductible that I asked them to pay for since they had their chance to fix it and all they did was ignore me. Bottom line. They will do anything to make a sale but afterwards give you no customer service. Stay away

Bought a 28000 dollar Armada. Sales was great. Week...

Bought a 28000 dollar Armada. Sales was great. Week later made appt for taillight out and other issues(minor). Drove 60 miles to their mechanic. He said he checked brake lights and no problem. 2 days later my wife said that bulb is still out. I figured I'd just install a new bulb. That's when the electrical system started going crazy. Turn signals not working. Dash lights out, and a couple lights on the dash come up causing the vehicle to run rough. Well, I spent 2 weeks calling the dealership asking nicely to speak with the manager(Vince). Well I guess spending 30k with a warranty wasn't enough to warrant a call back. In the meantime the salesman(Chris) is acting as a middle man and making excuses as to why I can't get a call back. They keep saying use your extended warranty and take it anywhere I want. In the meantime there's a 200.00 deductible that I'm asking the dealership to pay being they had a chance to resolve the problem but instead lied about it. Stay away. These guys will be nice as pie to sell you a vehicle but there is no customer service after the sale. A simple phone call could have stopped this review.

Great experience

The experience I had at autoPROVED was excellent. Ther were willing to work with me to get me in the car I really wanted. The time it took to finish everything was short and sweet and didn’t take all day. Joshua Echard was amazing and made the process wonderful!!!
