We just purchased a used CR-V at City Cars Warehouse. the sales rep was excellent (sorry forgot his name :( ). No BS, no unnecessary sales pitches. He was direct, communicative, answered our questions, and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely go to him when we purchase our next vehicle.

Bought a 2010 Rav4 2 weeks ago. The one issue I had (with the pricing) was taken care of beyond my expectations. Looking forward to having this car for years and feel great about it. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Rare to call buying a used car a great experience, but there's a first for everything!

I received a prompt and timely reply to my initial inquiry. Followed by plenty of timely subsequent communications until my transaction was completed. They didn't try to overcharge me for anything, they didn't even charge any fees which I find particularly commendable, I didn't feel pressured in the slightest with any of the additional products they offered, they were simply, genuinely helpful people. a month ago, Drove 3+ hours to buy a Jeep here. for the name but the guy was an excellent salesman. He worked with me ahead of time on the phone to make sure it was what I was expecting and had it pulled up and ready when I arrived. Everyone working at the dealership was friendly. I was treated very well, and the car is exactly what I was looking for. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks now and this has been the first dealer where I felt like I was treated fairly and didn't have to play games with pricing. Their listed price was fair, without having to haggle, the car itself was very clean, and ran well, and the trade value was where I needed it to be. finance took the time to explain the pricing structure and got the payment exactly where I wanted it. This was a great experience. I was in and out in a few hours, and on the way back home with a great car.
