Drive Appeal Anoka

I decided to check out AC Motors because 3 of my friends referred me to them. I was told even if they don't have what you're looking for they will find it for you and I was also told they can get anyone financed. I can't say I believed them but after checking out their website I sent an inquiry on a car I liked and Mike replied immediately. Ok I thought great first impression. He immediately called me first thing the next morning and I told him I would come test drive the Cadillac XTS and I did. It was a beauty. Mike and John didn't waste anytime putting me in it. I rolled away with the car an hour later. They were the best! Great customer service, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They gave me top dollar on my trade in and even got my interest rate lowered 5 percent lower than my current loan. I am super happy that I came to AC Motors. I won't buy from any other dealership again.

Everything was good until one day later after buying the car I started hearing grinding sound when i turn left or right and i called steve at AC MOTORS and explained to him what i was hearing and all he said was well i dont know. I have no money for repairs right now and there not willing to even look at it nor fix the problem. Steve at AC MOTORS claims that the truck went through inspection and that they did some rear work on the truck but he was never specific on what they fixed. They claim the truck was getting cleaned and the truck was not clean at all. There was lots of dust and dirt. My brakes are also very squeaky and I only had the truck for 5 days. I am very unhappy and this is not right. My advice is to take someone with you that knows about cars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
