I bought the car, but it was $3,000 more than y’all had

I bought the car, but it was $3,000 more than y’all had it listed. They said y’all had it priced incorrectly. The dealership refused to honor the price your company had it listed as. Very disappointing but I loved the car.

once you buy you are invisible to them.the only one (of whom i dealt with) is Demetris Austin , director of finance,whomever that may be will NOT call you back.Neither had any problem calling me back pre sale.but now not so much. there is so much more that was wrong i m just to tired to go into now, but i will update later.theres is still more that needs to be done.

Please do not go here!! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and never have. I experienced the worst customer service. They never followed up after I purchased the car after I left the car lot not knowing that it needed two brand new tires and needed struts and shocks and other things. Yet they said there service dept looked it! It was obvious it needs that! Also they make u purchase some kind of warranty that they automatically add to your financing and they didn't even give me the stuff I need for that warranty. They till this day owe me keys. Yet it's like ohh you bought the car they done with you! I will always do negative reviews on this place ! Do not buy here it's a rip off!!

This Dealership Finance Department has the worst people I

This Dealership Finance Department has the worst people I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my Ultimate Platinum Protection plan over 4 months and Austin Cueva has been no help getting my refund whatsoever. His boss Usman Khan talked to me once and said he would help, but he is of the same character as Austin Cueva evidently. He will not even answer my e-mails. I have been getting the runaround from Nissan of Boerne for four months. These are the two most dishonest and untrustworthy people I have ever encountered. I will not conduct business with them again. This is just warning all prospective buyers to beware of them both. I have been a loyal Nissan owner for years, but I am changing that aspect of my life due to their non actions on this matter. BEWARE!

Due to unfortunate circumstances I was in a need of another vehicle in a hurry. I worked with Demetrius and it was an absolute pleasure! Demetrius is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. The buying process went smoothly. I had to go back the next day due to items I left at home and Demetrius was scheduled off however he came in on his day off to make sure the process was completed with no issues and answer any other questions I had. I highly recommend you talk to Demetrius if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle! Thank you Nissan of Boerne
