They clear engine lights on damaged vehicles and sell it to you with a straight honest looking face these people are monsters in the business....bought the truck on a Saturday before they closed and the engine lightcame on thatday concerning the transmission, 3months later back & forth to the mechanic shop I'll be $4,075 out in repairs..... so in regards to my situation I would advise you to beware of this scamming car lot...

I contacted Crittendenautomart to purchase a cheap daily driver. I asked specifically if they could finance on the vehicle in question only. Guy on phone told me they could. Went home next day recieved text. Asking again for my interest in vehicle. I told them kind of nervous about hitting credit but then did as they ask. They even told me to choose vehicle I wanted credit ran for and I did screenshot of this provided. Then hour or so later text back over past bankruptcy. I called and he said they would not use any other people in bankruptcy information but had to have document from back then. So I submitted that. Then they waited 2 hours or so and contacted back that the vehicle was cash only. So now they illegally gained my information for credit check they didn't need. As well as all my now adult children and husbands information as well. This is a severe privacy violation and Fair Credit Report violation. I need a lawyer. Filing with multiple agencies on this as this should never happen to anyone.
