I brought my S550 in because it was pulling to the left while driving. They found a bent tie bar and recommended replacing the entire steering rack. Fortunately, the car is under warranty. They managed to get around that by claiming that the car must have been in a collision to have this damage. This despite the fact that I told them otherwise and there is no body or other damage anywhere on the car. So they called me a liar and refused to pay anything. Guess my future cars will be A8s.

The staff at the dealership was super friendly. My salesman Djiby Tall is truly an exceptional person. He was very patient with me and went the extra mile to assist me with the getting the car I wanted. The finance Manager was great as well. Very knowledgeable. I even scored free red velvet cake from one of the owners who I thought was just another customer. I wish I could buy a car from them everyday!

I will encourage and recommend Mr. Forrest/Mercedes/Irondale to my family and friends. His salesmanship is the best overall. Job well done Mr. Forrest.

This Irondale and Pelham are both superior in respect for the customer, it’s services and knowledge. We had the utmost pleasure working with Djiby A very caring man who went above and beyond for us.
