Kerry was awesome in making me to purchase my 2014 Gx 460 .

It is indeed great to have purchased my 2014 Gx 460 from Mercedes of Birmingham. The car is awesome and I am happy about the condition been at his upmost performance. Buying my first car!

Mark was awesome! I live out of state and he made sure that I received all the information needed to make an informed decision. He made my first car purchase, an easy one! I was able to test drive my vehicle and finish paperwork in a timely manner! If ever in Hoover or near the state, please check him out! You won’t be disappointed

Five-star personnel

My husband and I purchased a beautiful gray 2017 GLE 350 July 9th. I had found it on the internet, and had narrowed down my choice based on year, miles, exterior color, interior, and distance from my home. BINGO! Irondale had the winning combination. Gena Nguyen contacted me to set up our test drive with Djiby Tall. He is delightful!!!! I feel as if we’ve made a friend as well as a purchase. Excellence

My entire experience at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham was fantastic. The salesman, Kurt Long, was knowledgeable, courteous, and solicitous. Boubacar Thiam was also very helpful in the finance department. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham!

Invented Reason not to Honor Warranty

I brought my S550 in because it was pulling to the left while driving. They found a bent tie bar and recommended replacing the entire steering rack. Fortunately, the car is under warranty. They managed to get around that by claiming that the car must have been in a collision to have this damage. This despite the fact that I told them otherwise and there is no body or other damage anywhere on the car. So they called me a liar and refused to pay anything. Guess my future cars will be A8s.

Phenomenal service from start to finish

The staff at the dealership was super friendly. My salesman Djiby Tall is truly an exceptional person. He was very patient with me and went the extra mile to assist me with the getting the car I wanted. The finance Manager was great as well. Very knowledgeable. I even scored free red velvet cake from one of the owners who I thought was just another customer. I wish I could buy a car from them everyday!

Respectful

This Irondale and Pelham are both superior in respect for the customer, it’s services and knowledge. We had the utmost pleasure working with Djiby A very caring man who went above and beyond for us. Without any haggling or negativity as you sometimes get. The whole dealership followed with him and showed respect to he and our wishes! There just aren’t enough works. Thank you!
