Completely honest people and a pleasure to work with. I purchased a 2013 Maxima from them that runs GREAT! I had wanted to look at some other cars but the owner told me they all needed some repair so they would not be available for test drives. I did drive 3 cars in all and fell in love with the Maxima..a 1-owner car that had been fully maintained throughout! They have it all, from older less expensive but solid running cars to newer, higher-priced cars. Your choice with no pressure at all!

Went and bought a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. The A/C did not work Tom assured me that there was not a leak. (I’ve ran into this before with vehicles sometimes it escapes and just needs to be refilled and that’s the end of the story for years I had a car that needed this.) He told me that they had checked it before hand and that it was not a leak this was before the purchase of course. So he wrote off like $200.00 for me to go in and have it filled great. So I went to get it filled and turns out it’s got a giant leak in the front Ac Evap. So, I went back to Tom and asked him how much would it be after I had paid $100 to another mechanics to diagnose. Tom couldn’t give me a strong number but riddled off one he said around 700 but they couldn’t do it for a while. Not to mention he said that they never check from any sort of a leak. So couple months later or yesterday I talked with Bill from The Waukesha location. He told me they could get it in Friday for around $1100. They told me they gave me a large discount because of this problem I didn’t get any discount except to refill. I don’t recommend this place stay away from crooked dealers this one and the other in Waukesha. They will bend you over and openly lie.

I have bought my used car from here 3 years ago and I have not had any major issues with my car. The crew here is awesome and know what they are doing!!!! I bring my car to them every time for all my routine maintenance needs. They are reasonable and honest! I look forward to purchasing another car from them real soon!

We have bought a few cars from these guys, from Lannon Auto to 1st Quality Auto. They have stood behind there cars, the last one that we bought the check engine light came saturday after we bought the car on friday. We called the waukesha location and talked to tim, he said bring the car in and they would take a look at it, asked if we would be charged tim said no. Dropped the car on monday and they had it fixed that morning, it was a o2 sensor. No charge to us, not like the last dealer i bought my daughters car at. We left the lot and the motor started ticking 2 days later, went back to talk to the owner and he gave us the run around and said he was not going to help. Thanks Tim
