I purchased a 2011 Ford Flex on 5/24/26. on Tuesday, 5/26 the check engine light came on. It was the evap system (Evaporative Emission Control System) a crucial component of the smog system in your car. An EVAP leak will cause your car to fail annual smog inspections. Even though they sell a car as is, by California Law they can not sell you that doesn't pass California Smog. You have the right to demand the dealer to pay for the repairs or cancel the sale entirely for a full refund. The law is on your side.

Dont go here some many other places they dont respond or keep their word. Also the receptionist was no help.

This company has left me screwed! Sold me a van I use all my SSI money to pay for monthly plus $160 insurance and have never been able to drive it, have 2500 miles on it in a year, it breaks down every time I get in it, and cannot depend on it at all! the issue has been there from day one and they care less, got paid! read my review on yelp!
