I emailed twice about a Ford Explorer they had for sale , to see if it was still available . Nobody could email me back to let me know . I will make my purchase at another dealer who did get back to me .

I was in need of a 2nd vehicle. My husband found me a super nice Ford Explorer that I was very interested in at Lakeside Auto. We drove down to Macomb Twp. from Essexville, to check it out. (About an hour & half). The vehicle was very clean and very well taken care of. In fact, all the vehicles in the lot had new tires, brakes checked or replaced. Top-notch care. I was very impressed. Sam was even nice enough to meet on us Labor Day, because that was the only day I had to go check it out. Sam went above and beyond. We purchased the 06 Ford Explorer, drove it home today (9-8-16). Found out we had an issue, we called Sam and he resolved the issue quickly the same day, even though it was an 'as-is' vehicle. Superb customer service, so well worth the drive. I would most certainly purchase another vehicle from Sam at Lakeside Auto Care again & would advise others to do the same. Thank you for a job well done!! Kudos!! :)

I wanted another car and was researching impalas. And this sweet 07 SS came up for Lakeside Auto. I put it in my favorites and a week later I called and went to go see it. Loved the condition and the way it drove so much I drove off the lot with it that day. I put money down and they set me up with a credit union to finance the rest at 12% interest on the loan. Now I had been burned before with getting cars but Lakeside Auto Care really took care of me. Even checked on me after I bought the car just to make sure I was still satisfied with the car. King of Customer Service and Cars. My next car is coming from them hopefully they have something exotic for me to buy next time. Really appreciate Lakeside Auto Care thanks for Everything.
