Friendly customer service, easy to deal with, no problems waiting or dropping off car. Usually easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend them.

This is my eleventh Subaru. Bought several from this dealership. I have stopped using the service dept after buying a used Outback a few years ago with a problem that no one would address. That car, which I still own, has such rust that it has had several maintenance and one serious safety problem. A dealership should never have resold this vehicle. It was just as Stateline took over. I have also purchased one newer used Outback, from another dealership, because of this rust issue, and because you have very few used cars, perhaps during the renovations which seemed to take years. Nice job now that it's finished, but still no room for used car inventory.

Stateline has been awesome from the time I purchased my vehicle straight through the past 6 years of having my vehicle serviced with them. The service department never tries to upsell me on extra work that isn't needed. At most I'll maybe get a "hey we noticed *this* while we were doing your service and it's something you may want to keep an eye on in the future." Never any high pressure "you need to take care of this now" urgency tactics.

It seems that the service department gets better on each visit. This is my 10th year anniversary so I consider myself an expert in my experience. Two thumbs up!
