This is my 3rd Subaru purchase.

This is my 3rd Subaru purchase.Twice dealing with Steve Chaves, the man is awesome-a pleasure to sit with, he is knowledgeable, patient, answers question ensuring your understanding. No 'pressure" from Steve. Joe Messina gets a 'thumbs up" for making sure your at ease and asks if you are comfortable with process. Cannot say enough about Inna Perez, the woman has found her calling in being Business Manager. She is friendly, personable & patient. She is a pleasure to sit & speak with, she moves along quickly & efficiently her knowledge makes her an outstanding valuable employee along with Joe & Steve, I must acknowledge the service department also. Over the years I have been extremely satisfied with their understanding & completion of service in a timely manner. Recently I have dealt with Justin Luiz, once for an emergency tire issue, with no appointment on a Friday afternoon Justin took care of the issue & I was on my way sooner than I expected. Justin seems to enjoy his job & seeing to it that the customer is satisfied & happy. I think he has found his 'niche' in this service & wish him well...also a valuable employee.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE:

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE: I paid about $3000+ for the extended warranty on my new 2022 Subaru Forester. I inquired about having the dealership installing an electric starter. They quoted me a price in the $600+ range. Spin City Auto Glass said they would install the same unit for around $340 so I went with them. In the end, the unit that was installed was causing my battery to short out. When I brought it to Stateline Subaru Maintenance Departmentto see what the issue was, I was told that my extended warranty was null and void because I had someone else other than a Subaru dealership install the remote starter/ plug into the original electrical system other than Stateline. I was furious. Spin City Auto Glass removed the unit and gave me my money back --- and the battery short issue ceased. THE KICKER: Spin City Auto Glass is the company that Stateline Subaru contracts to install their Remote Starters. The owner of Spin City told me this when I dropped off the remote starter that was uninstalled. When I informed the Stateline Maintenance team that this voided warranty should be reinstated because SPIN CITY does all their remote staters anyways, I was told to "go POUND SAND. The warranty on the electrics of my new Subaru would not be reinstated." Honestly -- you cannot make this SHADY and awful customer service up.

Previous car- Subaru Forester 2015- 154,000 miles. Owned it for 10 years. Excellent car. After test driving 22 vehicles of 10 different models from 7 dealerships, I happily purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback XT from Stateline Subaru in Somerset, MA. I worked with Lauren Silva. She knows the Subaru product. She was intuitive to my needs in a car. Initially, I thought the driver seat was going to be too low but was pleasantly surprised at the newly designed seat- comfortable and supportive. Also, Lauren has just the right balance of enthusiasm and grace throughout the sales process. She gave me time to think; I did not feel hustled. Thank you to the managerial team at Stateline Subaru- Roger, Jerome, and Joe. They were very fair and have created an atmosphere that is down-to-earth and respectful.

Highway robbery.

Highway robbery. Quoted $1300 for fuel pump $3800 for head gasket. 190$ for the diagnostic. We said no way. Found another mechanic and they fixed everything for 60$. That's right. 60$. So we paid him 100$. Don't get scammed by these outrageous price gougers.

I want to mention my experience at STATELINE SUBARU SOMERSET, Massachusetts. Last week I bought a vehicle, a Subaru Crosstrek Limited brand new 2024. exceptional experience with the individual in sales whom I was fortunate enough to have sold me my new vehicle, I would be remiss without saying a few words about this individual in your sales department, Zachary Wzyzykowski I want to share my experience at STATELINE SUBARU in Somerset, Massachusetts. Last week, I bought a brand new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. I had an excellent experience with, Zachary's Wzyzykowski sales department. He was the individual who sold me the vehicle, and I am impressed with his service and knowledge of all Subaru Models and the details of each model of Subaru I mean the differences in the Subaru Crosstrek features such as premium with leather and upgraded sound system with the 2.5 boxer engine or the vehicle I purchased with the 2.0 Boxer Engine also my car has cloth interior whereas the premium has leather interior which was explained to me by Zachary before I decided on which vehicle to purchase. When I arrived to pick it up, Zachary thoroughly and completely explained my new vehicle's exterior and interior features which makes me think I was fortunate to have Zachary as my salesperson at Stateline Subaru.

I had never leased a vehicle before but wasn't in a

I had never leased a vehicle before but wasn't in a postion to purchase a vehicle at the time. I fell in love with my 2021 crosstrek! Now that my lease is up, there was no doubt I was ready to either buy out or lease a new Crosstrek!. Drew LeBlanc worked with me with no hard sell agenda, very down to earth and full of knowledge! He made me truly comfortable as I made my decision. I pick up my new crosstrek on Saturday! Can't wait! Thanks, Drew!

We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted and

We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted and went in still dreading dealing with any dealership but, our sales rep, Alex Lazano changed all of our expectation. He was attentive, assisted in everything we needed, took my wife for her test drive and then sat with us and worked through a deal that was excellent. We believe it to be the best experience buying a car we have ever had in our lives. Thanks to Alex, and Stateline Subaru.

Buying a new car after 14 years was quite a task. Stateline Subaru worked with us to find the right car with the right price. Employees were patient and helpful in answering our questions. They made us feel comfortable and confident with our new Forester purchase.

Deceptive car dealer.

Deceptive car dealer. They don’t tell you when cars are not on the lot to get you in the door. They don’t honor advertised specials, the add illegal fees like vin etching and undercoating which was not in advertised price and they way undervalue your trade in compared to other dealers. They bate you to get you in the door and then try to screw you. Shame on them.
