The vehicle I came for wouldn’t start so they gave me a vehicle that was worth less that vehicle is smoking and inoperable 10 days after purchase I was told they can do nothing about it

I found a vehicle online that this dealership was selling. I was helping a friend, who is not from the states, to find a vehicle for his extended stay in our country. I was greeted as soon as I stepped on the lot. They cooperated with me as I scheduled a mechanic to look over the vehicle. After getting feedback from the mechanic, we determined that the car was fairly priced for it's condition etc. The sales team was patient and helpful as we worked out the logistics of the purchase. I would recommend them to anyone! They don't have a fancy facility or a huge lot, but they have great prices and people. Perfect place to find a used vehicle.

I found a vehicle I liked online and called to confirm and set up an appointment. I was there within the hour and although the lot was a tight squeeze, Joe was very helpful and I liked his attitude. He was positive and always smiling. He patiently led us through all of our questions and concerns and I am so thankful for that. I drove out of there today with my own vehicle and they will definitely have me as a costumer again.

Went in for a test drive and less than 20 min later I was out of there with the truck. The customer service is top notch and all the employees are professional and friendly.

Undoubtedly the best used-car buying experience I've ever had. I found the online listing for the vehicle I wanted, and drove down from Austin to San Antonio to check it out. The car was clean, and had everything the listing said it had. In less than 5 minutes, I was test driving it, and confirmed that it's what I wanted. Meanwhile, they checked out my trade-in, and gave me a very fair amount for it. I got ZERO pressure from these guys, and NO GAMES. They were just as friendly as they could be, and didn't subject me to any of that "let me talk to the sales manager" crap that some dealers do. The vehicle was already priced quite fairly, so it only took us about 3 more minutes to finalize the deal. In less than 25 minutes from the time I pulled in, I was driving out with exactly the car I wanted, and was able to say goodbye forever to the piece of crap car I traded in. Later that day, we realized we had left the garage door opener in the old car. We called them back on Monday, and they were happy to go find the opener, and put it in the mail for us. San Antonio is a 3 hour round trip from Austin, but I wouldn't hesitate to go down there again for the exact same experience.

I was looking for a used car, and I found a good deal at this dealer. The process was simple and fast. The staff didn't preassure and in a couple of hours I had my ride for a decent price. You don't have to worry about registration & transfer of the title. If you look for a used car, I highly recommend this place. Joey and Junior will hook you up!

I recently purchased a car from Rubens Auto Sales. The sales people were great. I was buying a used old car as is condition and they were very up front about it. They did not try to hype up and sell you the car. They let me test drive it look around and check everything. Seems like they are very good in their cars and their prices they were able to work out a great price for me. I have been happy with the purchase. They provided a great service during the purchase process. The owner and the staff is very nice and understanding. I will definitely look for them again when I want to purchase another car. I would recommend them for cars for good reasonable prices.
