No reply to numerous emails about buying a car from them? obviously not very important apparently for them to sell cars?

Awesome company. great prices. great cars. I have now purchased three cars from American Auto Sales. All for my three college kids. They have fantastic cars with low miles for a fraction of the book price. I use to shy away from salvage or rebuilt cars. However because their sales manager owner is forthcoming with the original accident or condition of the vehicle prior to their staff making full repairs I always felt I was getting a mechanically solid vehicle. These cars also have ADOT fully inspected "rebuilt" titles ( not salvage tiles that could be repaired in some guys garage). Looking for a solid car at a great price? Hi visit them.

The worst customer service the worst business people I've ever encountered in my life.. Will never shop here again.. They don't answer phone calls or website applications.. Been trying to contact about a call for weeks and no answer..

FIRST, I normally do NOT write reviews. That said, meeting Sam and his staff has compelled me to pass on the experience I had with American Auto Sales. We had been looking for a 1st car for our daughter and been to dozens of Phoenix and Yuma car lots. When my wife found AAS and said we needed to go by to look, my initial reaction was "Absolutely not!" Reading on the internet that they were selling "salvaged title" cars made me predisposed to the idea they would be junk. BUT, I finally agree to go "look" a one of the cars my daughter found on the AAS website When we arrived on the lot, Sam greeted us and proceeded to immediately tell me, "You know these are salvage title cars?" To me, I found his immediate honesty refreshing. Sam then took me through his operation and explained to me in GREAT detail exactly how he gets his cars and repairs them. Over the course of 4 hours, Sam was VERY patient as my daughter looked at a number of vehicles. He also let me drive a couple that caught my eye. My daughter started to gravitate to a 2014 Chevy Sonic LS. We had looked at some on a Chevy dealership lot in Phoenix. We knew the price was nearly half what we had driven similarly. That night I got on the internet and FULLY researched Sam and AAS. I looked at the Better Business Bureau, Arizona Courts Public Records and also online reviews of Sam and his company. I thought for SURE I would find that it was a scam. I was amazed to find there was NOTHING OF THE SORT. My research revealed that the overwhelming majority of people that come to AAS are VERY SATISFIED. LONG STORY SHORT, we ended up dealing with Sam. Over the course of two weeks, Sam worked very closely with me. He allowed us to test drive the car extensively. He put the car up on a lift and showed me the frame (I was worried about frame damage), He showed an AMAZING AMOUNT OF PATIENCE WITH ME. He even went further to help me find Credit Union for us to finance with. Mind you, I already have an account with Navy Federal Credit Union and Wells Fargo. The company Sam has a relationship with gave me a finance rate FAR lower than the 2 banks/union I have accounts at!! Sam walked me through EVERY SET of the purchase. What car dealer will actually take you to the DMV to help with the title transfer??? SAM DOES!! Over the course of the 2 weeks it finally took for me to get everything in order for our purchase, I absolutley feel like I made a lifelong friend. That's the type of person you will be dealing with at AAS. I had to think to myself, I've bought at least a dozen cars in my lifetime, NEVER have I felt in better hands than when I've dealt with Sam and AAS. To that end, I am currently upside down with my personal vehicle (a minivan). Next year I should be able to sell it and break even. The moment I do, I will be making tracks to come visit my friend Sam again at AAS. YOU WILL NOT beat the customer service, professionalism and friendship you get from this organization. DO NOT JUDGE the appearance of his lot. Meet Sam and his staff. Spend some time with him. You will come to understand just like I have, American Auto Sales is a diamond in the rough. Like I said at the begining, I normally do not go out of my way to write reviews. I could not in good consience just let the sale go and NOT say something about my experience with AAS. I challange anyone slightly interested in the cars they find on his website to stop by and check them out. I can tell you that you WILL NOT be disappointed. And if you, Sam, happen to read this....THANK YOU for your service and professionalism. I can't wait to come by a car from you again!!!

I submitted a request for more information through cars.com and never got a response. Emailed them directly and their mailbox was full and rejected my email.

I purchased a car from on in March 2016. The complete transation was by phone.They did all the paper work so I was able to pick the car up at their facility.I dealt with Sam and I found him honest credible and easy to deal with. I have 5 children and 18 grand kids and my family will definitely buy cars from him in the future

We getting closer to buy the third car from Sam and Max. They both awesome persons, do not hide anything, very helpfull people and do a very good job on every single car...I definately recommend American Auto Sales!!!

American Auto Sales through Sam and his whole family gave me a great customer service and built a long lasting relationship by treating me and my wife as family and taking care of all our car related needs. I bought this last week my fourth car from Sam. He was so patient with my wife and I as it took us a while to decide which car we like best. We tested a few cars in a few different days. Sam was very patient, helpful and honest through the buying process. Both cars that my wife and I currently own were purchased from American Auto Sales. Sam has been awesome with us in the past, and he continues to be by helping fix any issues that we had with our cars. I never thought that I could build this kind of relationship with a car dealership, and a car dealership owner/sales manager, but Sam is different than anybody out there. He is honest, and extremely helpful. He is so honest with the prices, and does not have all kinds off fees added to the advertised price like most other dealerships. I highly recommend anybody that is looking for a car to give Sam a call and purchase from American Auto Sales. You will have a big selection of cars to choose from, be given excellent customer service, a great price and a extremely honest and totally different buying process than you will find anywhere else.

Just bought my 3rd car from Sam and plan to purchase 2 more ~ I have a lot of kids! The cars are rebuilt excellent and are very dependable. You can't beat the prices and the service. He has a great selection to fit any budget. It's such a relief to have a "car guy" that I know I can turn to for a great honest deal. Definitely takes the fear out of buying a car ~ Thanks Sam!!

I purchased a vehicle from Sam at American Auto Sales. Sam is honest and is great about finding the right vehicle for your needs and for the cost you can pay. I will purchase another vehicle from Sam for sure.
