As a first time SUV buyer, second time car buyer, and second time resident in ‘NC,’ I was desperately in need of a car and pretty much determined to get a sedan but was open for a SUV. My product specialist was Jon Choi, and I talked to him about the model I wanted before I visited the dealer shop. When I went to the shop, he asked me what color I wanted and showed me directly to the car. During the test driving, he explained the features of the model, and he also gave very helpful tips for NC living. My decision was lingering between BMW530i and Mercedez GLC, but after hearing Mr. Choi, I decided on this car. After that, the buying process went very smoothly and efficiently.
