I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and also sold my previous vehicle to them as part of the transaction in November 2025. As part of the deal, the dealership was responsible for paying off my existing loan/lien with Ally Financial. After repeated follow-ups over several weeks, Ally confirmed that the account was not paid off and the lien remained open. The dealership repeatedly claimed payoff had been sent. A payment was eventually applied to my Ally account, but it was later reversed/bounced due to insufficient funds (NSF). Ally confirmed the payment was returned and the account remained unpaid. As of late January 2026, the lien was still not satisfied, interest/fees continued to accrue, and my credit and ability to obtain financing were put at risk. I have also not received title/registration/plates in a timely manner. This has been an extremely stressful and time-consuming experience and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business here proceed with extreme caution and verify everything directly with the lender. I have retained all documentation including texts, emails, wire confirmation, and lender account history.

Tommy is absolutely amazing! He was insanely friendly, welcoming, and all around an amazingly whole hearted human being. I really enjoyed working with these guys, from the beginning to the end. They gave me the full time of day, allowed all questions, and helped build a great relationship. There was no pressure, it didn’t feel like signing your life away, and then getting kicked out. I’m very thankful for having people like this still existing in the car world. I would purchase a car from them over and over again for the rest of my life!

We've had nothing but trouble with the car we purchased. The air conditioning did not work, the car was stripped of fluids and the fluids that were in the car were dirty, among other issues. All of our calls to the dealership for assistance were not returned. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

I had a great experience with Tommy. We were looking for car on a budget for a friend in need. Tommy showed me a car in the price range, was forthcoming about its downsides and was willing to let us get it inspected. We wound up getting a different car, and when I told Tommy, he said, “awesome.” I see now why my trusted friend recommended him.

Made an appointment to go test drive a vehicle and the called to confirm my appointment then texted me 3 hours later and said the tahoe was sold

This dealership sells lemons. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is a manager/owner named Tommy Finnigan, hes the worst. They sold me a lemon and refused to give me my money back after a day of having the car.

No BS dealer. I got my Lexus LS from them and couldn't be simpler. Very nice car and very easy to work with. All the negative reviews I see are from people that don't know how to buy a car or what they are buying in a first place. If you're insure get a car inspected by your own. Pretty sure they would be fine with that. Highly recommended

This was my first time buying a used car in over 20 years so I was skeptical. However, dealing with the team at Trusted Auto Brokers I felt extremely at ease. They were transparent and upfront about everything! They even worked with me on a monthly payment I could afford in an awesome car!!! Highly recommend

We honestly went into this dealership with not much hope to find a car, especially since we went already to 3 other dealers., but I can tell you that do NOT overlook this dealership. Super friendly and they went sooo out of the way to make this purchase special for my son’s first car. Kush had been taking care of us. His worry that everything goes smooth for my sons surprise , the attention to detail and customer service he provided and even stayed late for us was AMAZING. We will defiantly buy another car from Kush and this dealership. Just great customer service .

I was shopping for a car and was skeptical of what I was going into, but Kush, one of the salesmen, helped me out an incredible amount with the choices and information he gave me, also while making sure i get the best deal for what i’m looking for. Would definitely recommend!!
