INFINITI of Orange Park

Purchased a new Q50S at Infiniti of Orange Park. The experience was better than expected it was easy and fast experience and Ashley and Will were GREAT!

I can't say enough good things about "Infinity of Orange Park" and it's General Manager, Mr Kirk /tracy. I leased a new 2014 QX 70 in August 2013. This is the best car I have ever driven. First of all, I am 84 years old and have owned 10 Mercedes in my life so I speak with some authority. Looking to lease a new car to replace a 2009 Mercedes ML350. I evaluated the Mercedes, Audi, BMW and the QX 70 Infinity. All were good, but the Infinity stood out. However the absolute clincher was the reception I received from the manage and staff at Infinity of Orange Park. The service has continued to be impressive. I have had all service on the car preformed by them and I couldn't ask for a more responsive, capable group. If you want a great car experience, this is your dealership and the produce to go with.

Walking into the dealership we already new the type of treatment we would receive. The level of professionalism was like we've never experienced before. There were some obstacles due to the fact that they just completed their new building. However the transaction went smooth everyone was nice our sales rep Kyle king was a hoot. He did us well. And we love our QX60.

Our overall experience with this dealership was exceptional. Low pressure and once people to deal with. Even though the dealership was under construction, the environment was very positive. Would highly recommend.

My experience here has been good. If the work requires a lot of time, they provide a rental for your convenience. If you have to wait, they have snacks of all descriptions, TV, and WiFi. Superb dealsership

To start off, nobody recommended me to go to Orange Park Infinity. It was just a trial to check the Infinity G 37 and test drive it. Mr. J.C.Mathews took a good care of me starting from the test drive of the car. He explained everything about it. The most important thing is working out the deal. Mr. Mathews helped me talking to his manager to cut the deal which was very much acceptable. In a matter of two hours of discussion, I signed the deal.

Great experience and love our 2013 Infiniti. Very patient explained the options and lease programs a very positive purchase. Would highly recommend it! We shopped one other store in town and found the pricing to be better here and the great service was just a benefit.
