" Was Highly Recommended, Now I know why"

Have to say that I left feeling confident and secure in the decision that I made. Anthony and Rich were so helpful and attentive to my financial concerns in helping me with the financing part and also with any questions that I had ( I always have many) and they both took the time to answer every single one of them! The Courtesy and Service is Top Notch! Even though I wasn't able to purchase a new vehicle Anthony Pilla made me feel like I did! Rich Johnson took the time patiently explaining every paper that I had to sign . I would Recommend Brewster Subaru to all my friends and family.

Fantastic service

I went in to Brewster Subaru not knowing much about the Subaru brand other than the commercials you see on TV and was immediately blown away by how nice the dealership was. Ralph came right over to me and greeted me wiha huge smile on his face and a handshake. He brought me over to his desk and offered me a bottle of water. After doing my research on the Forester I knew I wanted the premium model with the eye sight feature. Ralph explained every aspect of the Subaru brand and the forester in a very easy way to understand. I took the vehicle for a test drive and after a short ride down route 22 I knew it was the car for me. I had no idea what the pricing would be and when I saw the lease would be the same as other brands base models it was a no brainer. Ralph gave me all the information on the option to lease and buy I took my information home and made my decision to lease. The car I chose wasn't on the lot yet and when I picked it up it was so clean and ready to go. On pick up day I was greated by the president of the dealership and while he got my paperwork ready Ralph gave me a tour of the service department and told me I can drop my car off anytime for service or an oil change and even get a loner car. When I went into the office to finalize my paperwork, all the additional warranty options were easily displayed on a spread sheet and explained to me so I could see how much my monthly rate would increase depending on which option I chose. A big thing that grabbed my attention was that Subaru will give you $2500 toward the purchase of a new vehicle if your vehicle is stolen. I have only had the premium forester for 2 days and so far I really love the car. I am really happy that I chose to walk into Brewster Subaru and am glad that Ralph made my process so easy.

Overall best experence for buying a new car.

Everyone at Brewster Subaru was extremely helpful,and made my buying experience very enjoyable. Anthony Pilla goes beyond what would be expected of any sales person and Nelson DeMelo the general manage is very accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great Team

Great experience

Brewster Subaru was fantastic to deal with, Fred is a top notch sales person, easy to deal with. Overall best car buying experience yet. I enjoyed dealing with Fred, Finance and General manager, definitely would recoomend to other!

Could not have been easier to deal with

Worked with Anthony Pilla in sales to acquire a fairly hard to find 5 speed certified pre-owned 2014 Subaru Impreza. He was fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted with ease and made it a pleasurable experience.

Great experience

Dealing with Fred and Rich was a pleasure. Fred was very responsive to our questions but never pushy.After getting the car Fred went over all the details . Some days later I had a few more questions and Fred could not have been more cooperative. I would recomend Brewster Subaru to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. Maybe you will be lucky enough to get Fred as your salesperson.

Excellent Experience at Brewster Subaru

The Dealership was responsive to our needs . The turn around time from selecting a car to picking it up was one day. There was no hard sell or the " I need to check with the manager" . I had researched the car before arriving and they gave me a better price than I could get anywhere. Fred Fogel our sales rep was informative and helpful in choosing the best car for us. Rich Johnson the Business Manager was efficient , knowledgeable and did not try and sell us extras we did not want. This was a pleasant car buying experience something I can not say about my previous cars in other dealerships.
