BMW of Bend

I purchased a 2019 BMW from BMW of Bend, OR. Jeffery is an excellent salesperson. A few months ago my wife was having her car serviced and mentioned to Jeff that I was looking to trade my 2015 Audi diesel. Jeff called me right-a-way and invited me to take a test drive. I indicated that I wasn?t ready. He followed-up several times over the next few months. I appreciated that very much because it is important to keep yourself in front of your prospect. and for the prospect to know they really want my business. There was no high pressure. We were getting to take a long road trip and the Audi needed tires before the trip so I called Jeff and set up an appointment. He is terrific and I bet the best salesman at this dealer. He is very polite, professional and knows the product inside and out. The purchase process was very streamlined and he offered me a very good turn-in value for the Audi. The Sales Manager, Christopher is also very nice and greatly assisted with the transaction. Absolutely no high pressure. The dealership has like a single garage just off the showroom where they deliver new cars. It was cold outside and I was very impressed. Jeff thoroughly went thru the entire cars systems and fully explained them. In addition he offered for me to come back as many times as I needed for re-training. Also note noteworthy is that I had done business with the Audi side of the dealership and have been overwhelmed by the courteous, the knowledge and the fair pricing of the service. Alex Barnes is a solid sales person: earnest, straight-shooter & very pleasant in all our interactions. I was comfortable with him from the first meeting and throughout the process found him honest. I recently visited & had the opportunity to purchase a car from a larger dealership in Portland (where we had previously been a customer), but chose to buy from Alex in Bend. Alex offered the appropriate amount of follow-up to stay connected & informative but not stalking. When he was uncertain of answers to questions, he stated that and followed-up. The only comment I would made is that as the car was shipped from another dealership, it would have been fun to know the process. In reality we had struck our deal and timing was set for pick-up so it was not an issue.

My purchase transaction went smoothly. I felt my salesperson, Jeff, and Manager, Chris, were very professional and knowledgeable. The purchase could not have been made easier.

Wouldn't buy a BMW from anyone else. The sales manager was able to complete the process in almost 2 hours. They did not waste my time with pushy sales tactics and wanted everything to be right. Was a surprise for my wife and they helped keep the entire process secret. The support the days after the sale to learn the features was second to none.

I bought my BMW from Kendall about a week ago. I drove all the way from the Portland metro area. Jordan helped me out tremendously and I can not thank him enough. I will be returning for my next BMW purschase.

Trevor was easy to work with and even though he was a BMW expert he knew many details on the Subaru Forester while we were test driving it. We had an issue with the wind shield but they happily replaced it much to our relief. Thank you Trevor!

When it was time to close out my current lease I was able to select and arrange to lease a new x1 prior to going to the dealer. I have nothing but good things to say about Kendall BMW which for me is about 3 hours away but well worth the drive.
