Had been looking for a particular make/model/year of a car I came here to check out. Initially my experience was wonderful as Cecilia was so kind to me, the manager Cory was also very nice and willing to work with me on the price as the vehicle was priced over market value and would be needing a big fix in the near future. That?s where anything good I can say ends as the following day I came back, having working out financing with a credit union in the morning to buy the car, and the owner refused to honor the price I had negotiated the day before. He pulled out all of the typical used car dealer stops, patronizing me, telling me I looked intelligent enough, how could I expect them to honor a negotiated price even though 24 hours had barely passed, telling me I should have put a hold on the car (though at any point the day before had anyone disclosed that putting down a $100 deposit would hold the car AND lock the price in for me, clearly I would have taken that opportunity) tried to bully me into buying the car, literally told me if I paid for his electric bill he?d be able to give me the discount, as that?s the equivalent of what he?d be losing by negotiating with me, told me I?d never find the same car in that condition, and so on. Basically, he had someone else who had become interested in the 24 between my visits who ?was willing to pay the full price? and would rather wait for that to come to fruition than buy me the used car then and there for $500 less. To top it all off, that car is STILL on the lot and I?m now the happy new owner of the SAME CAR (year/make/ BETTER model) and have just come off of the best buying experience ever at a location that actually wants to sell their cars. It was also priced at less than $1000 of what Mr. Auto Sales wanted for his vehicle. Bad salesmanship, patronizing owner, horrible experience overall. If you happen to want a car from here just do your homework before being bullied into something overpriced.

Just awesome experience. Who knew?? Small little car lot in Eastlake full of really great cars. Bought a gorgeous Audi TT ALL BLACK. Couple months later a car for my son and now I am going after a Mercedes. The prices are really fair the cars are all so clean you can't decide what to buy. Lastly three people work here from what I can tell; in the office anyway. They are just so welcoming. Not pushy sales or anything. You want to see a car and they ask you.. (You sitting down)... Would you like us to come out and tell you about it or would you like to look on your own, then hand you the keys if you need some me time. Just wow. And from the cars I looked at they knew how many owners.. They just knew so much top of their head. I hope they never change or become tainted because it is really a neat place.

Originally did business with these guys March 2017 I do not know where to begin. Ok I found these guys on cars.com I showed up and purchased an Infiniti i30 from them and it was really a great car; spotless, fun to drive. The service was great the people super friendly and knowledgeable. Not what you would expect from a small dealership. This however was nothing compared to my real story. While I am there I see this Audi TT. Dark Windows upgraded EVERYTHING. All the papers and one owner. I start her up and melt.... No really they had to bring out a mop I melted. What a car. The sound from those tuned pipes. The manual transmission so fresh like it had never been shifted before. Then the sad news!!! The salesman runs out... I have to shut her down.. Someone placed an offer on the car and it is pending financing. I moved back to the car I came for a bit saddened but hey the car I first selected is an Infiniti still a great car. Here is where the magic happens. Three weeks later I come to the lot because now I want to shop for a car for my 18 year old son. After talks with these guys and my one purchase we built some trust (the Infiniti was great). Well I come to the dealership to find that my.. umm, I mean THE Audit is still sitting on the lot. I approach the owner and it turns out the financing fell through. I was really disappointed. Bruno (The owner) simply asked Do you still want the Audi? OF COURSE I DO. He gave me every penny for my Infiniti and with just a few dollars (Not much at all) I acquired this simply awesome car. I still have it today and I LOVE IT. It turns heads everywhere and it is super fun to drive. I visit the guys just to drop in from time to time and next week I plan to go back for a second car for myself. I wont say which one now because I don't need competition however I will post it later on. Look if you are looking for a great used car that in many cases has history and maintenance records from folks that ACTUALLY care not just pretend to and are totally honest and try to get you into what you like and what would be best for you then you owe it to yourself to stop in to Mr Auto Sales. The Eastlake strip is NOT where you would expect to find a dealership with such high standards and I truly found a gem!

Some issue with the truck were not listed, but it still ended up being a good deal on the truck. Came all the way from Utah to get it and drive it home. Title arrived in mail before I even got home. Sales were great, everyone in office were very kind. They had a good selection of vehicals on lot. The car fax buy back guarantee was nice to have. Though I didn't need it, thankfully.

They wouldn't let me look under the vehicle and the salesman took very shady photos with his phone. Couldn't see anything from them but he said it looked fine. It was not fine. It was our fault for not taking it to our mechanic. They are slick in sales killing you with kindness. They shined up the vehicle and it was loaded with things wrong with it. Plus they make you pay for them to shine it up. Lot is tight and it's very difficult getting in and out.

I worked with Cecelia, and she was just wonderful. From start to finish. Arguably my best car buying experience, and I love my new ride.

Gino was very honest about the car and very helpful. Drove 3 1/2 hours to get there and would do it again! We got stuck in traffic and waited for us after closing--very appreciated by me. Once again Gino and Bruno were very helpful and courteous.

Good customer service, great environment, and a great staff that makes it their goal for you to leave satisfied.

Amazing find on my Mercedes GL 550 AMG black with all options and all original paint with zero previous accidents. Bought truck near dealer wholesale price. Bruno was very straightforward and easy to work with. Gino and Matt also made my buying experience a very pleasant one.
