Good service, but I had to call to see when my car would be ready - they did not call me. BUT they were very courteous when I called.

I received quick counter service as they me sent off in a rental vehicle while they work to repair my car. Thank you Wheelers Buick GMC!

No one was pushy or forcefully pushing me into a vehicle. I went to other places and spent a majority of the day with sales people attempting to bully me into buying. Caroline did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable at all, she was very personable and professional.
