Juan is the Best!

I came in to Turnersville Jeep to begin the process of buying my next car. The salesman, Juan, was incredibly helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions and did not rush my decision. Although I am waiting a bit longer before I get into a new loan, Juan gave me all the answers I needed to choose Turnersville Jeep when I am ready! I know where I'll be buying my Jeep.

Great experience

Had a great experience at the Jeep dealership with Mark. Our family is growing and I needed to get out of my car and get into an SUV to accommodate for the space we will soon need. Mark listened to everything that my husband and I asked for and was able to find it for us. It took me a few days to adjust from a car to suv but I am so happy now and also feel much safer! Thanks again Mark!!!

Worst buying experience

Worst buying experience. They give you the run around when you are trying to actually give them your money. Sat for over 10 hours over 3 days and they still don't have the time to complete the paperwork. So stressful. Would never recommend them... If i could rate lower than one star I would.

Awesome service

Turnersville Chrysler got my charger in quick without an appointment. Did an oil change and warranty repair faster then I thought it would take. Service advisor was really nice!!

2 fuel pumps in a year and a half

Thought I was getting a good vehicle since it was certified preowned and had low mileage. My Jeep has been back to the dealer 3 times more like 4 with the recall and everything. Twice now for a fuel pump or something that has to do with it. I’ve owned the vehicle for approximately a year and a half and I’m fed up. No wonder why the last owner turned it in. I wish I could give it back and get something else but the bank probably wouldn’t like that. Good luck to anyone that wants to get ripped off. Btw I put $13g down and still owe more than half of it. Once you get ripped off you learn a valuable lesson.
