My wife and I purchased a 2007 Saturn Vue several years ago. Ron was helpful honest and low pressure. We had bad credit that was a problem at other dealerships but not here. We were financed and on our way. As with many older high mileage cars we identified a few minor issues but as promised Ron rectified problems fast and with no questions. The car was problem free and when time came to replace the car we returned for another vehicle. I will provide another review regarding that experience as soon as we have completed the deal.

I Requeste some info on one of the cars from this dealer by mail and i didnt get a response until 3 days later... i mean come on.

We had a hard time getting a car through other dealerships. I talked to Ron on a Monday and was given an approval within about 20 minutes. By noon on Tuesday, we drove off of the lot with a great car! It did need back tires to pass inspection, so Ron ordered them and put them on for me within a couple of days. If you have bad credit, not enough credit or just want a good car at a reasonable price, this is the dealership for you!

Purchased a 2006 Saturn Vue in Sept from Ron and Dave. I am very happy with purchase. When I am in need of another vehicle I will be back. I refer everyone I can to them because I know they will be honest and fair.

I sent them an email request for information about a car and they never responded. I am done with them.

I sent in my finance application on Saturday. Called them up on Tuesday with no answer. Called again on Wednesday and Ron answered, said that he'll call me back in 20 minutes. Never called back. Called again on Thursday, no answer. Called again on Saturday(a week later) no answer. In their description it says that they'll contact YOU within 24 hours. I haven't even received a call from them after a week. Poor customer service, it's like they don't want to sell cars.

The dealer treated me with respect . He walked me thru the whole process of buying the car. He helped me to make this experience as painless as possible.

Wow! I am a happy customer here. I purchased a 2000 saturn in May of 2014 and its been a great running car. Its great on gas and has not needed anything so I would highly recommend them to my friends. They go through their cars before they sell them and they will make your purchase a comfortable non stressfull time so thanks ron and dave you're great
