I have to say I never thought buying a new car would sooo easy and fast! Alex my sales definitely made it an awesome experience! Jimy (Manager ) was also a great help in details! Will I refer people to this Kia MOST DEFINITELY!

Beware of their offers. I exchanged at least 15 emails with details on a deal. No info was left out and, as with any other dealership, they wanted me to come in. Once we reached an agreement I went to the store and to my surprise the deal I had in writing was simply not honored. They asked me for an additional $1,300 upfront. Not honest and not even an attempt to explain. Very poor customer service.

I stopped by Rick Case Kia as I was in the market for a new car. The salesperson who greeted me was excellent. He guided me through a process that allowed me to look at the best fit for my financial situation explaining the pros & cons of buying versus leasing, which ultimately resulted in me coming away with a new car that was right for me.
