My husband, Harry and I have been shopping for my new vehicle for several months, at multiple dealerships. I had narrowed my choices to a Mustang (style) vs a Soul! (substance). We arranged to test drive a Soul! with Houssine and were waiting for him to bring it out and, through the window, we saw.... the yellow 2018 Stinger! Knowing the price was probably out of reach, Harry (in his day off casual wear including backwards baseball cap) asked to test drive the Stinger after the Soul anyway. At home my honey had been reading car magazines, watching the car shows and YouTube reviews, all about the Kias but especially the Stinger. The comfort and power of the Stinger was incredible but the yellow was the one I had to have. We spent the rest of the night discussing the 2 cars (Sorry Mustang!). Harry convinced me we could pull off the Stinger but I still assumed it would be gone by his next day off and we'd get the Soul. The payments on the Soul were in my comfort zone but I kept trying to figure out how we could afford the Stinger (I'm the penny-pincher in the family). The day before our appt, Houssine texted to confirm and then sent a video of that beautiful car. Talk about a tease! By the time our appt rolled around, I could barely sit still. After talking with Houssine (ok, Harry talked, I guarded the Stinger) they managed to come up with a price and payments that I felt comfortable with and we signed the deal. We were taken over to finance to work with Jamal, who walked us through all the paperwork and answered my myriad questions about the contracts (the man definitely has the patience of a saint and a sense of humor!). And then finally, the stunning yellow Stinger was mine! I drove it over to show my family, laughing and giggling to Harry over the phone the whole way. I step out of my office several times a day just to gaze at my new baby. That is, when it's here. The fly in the ointment is Harry keeps "borrowing" it when he goes to work. I guess the point here is we both love the Stinger and are incredibly happy with the vehicle and the whole process at Rick Case Sunrise. The showroom is really comfortable, the staff are all friendly and outgoing and next time we're in the market, this is where we're headed FIRST. Hmmm, wonder if the 2019 Stinger might come in purple?

I have to say I never thought buying a new car would sooo easy and fast! Alex my sales definitely made it an awesome experience! Jimy (Manager ) was also a great help in details! Will I refer people to this Kia MOST DEFINITELY!

Beware. They will not honor offered deals
Beware of their offers. I exchanged at least 15 emails with details on a deal. No info was left out and, as with any other dealership, they wanted me to come in. Once we reached an agreement I went to the store and to my surprise the deal I had in writing was simply not honored. They asked me for an additional $1,300 upfront. Not honest and not even an attempt to explain. Very poor customer service.
