Audi repair service
Trouble light illuminated. My husband was not home, and I had had hip surgery and could not drive to get the car in for service. Audi of Fort Myers came right out with a loaner car while they worked on the problem. Wonderful and timely service. Greatly appreciated!

Every thing was excellent, but the seats they have is terrible for waiting 2 hours. Very poor for your back.

Super great service
I took my 2008 A4 in to have a key coded, I had 3 lights out, a fog,a parking, and another,the guys put 2 in for free cuz they had them on hand and charged me $3.50 for the other one. Informed me of some issues and since I'm on a budget showed me what was most important to take care of first but also eased my mind that it wasn't an issue where I'd b stranded on the Rd. That is really appreciated, as a woman i need to hear that and usually I don't hear that. Dan was so professional and trusting, I really walked out of there very HAPPY instead of worried. Everyone was friendly and I didn't mind waiting there it's so beautiful and comfortable. Thank u Dan and Audi of Ft.Myers . I am proud to b an Audi owner and feel they really want to please us.
