Good services

They were friendly and got the job done. I like how they sent me an electronic inspection summary and paper copy of what was done and any recommendations. The wait time was only an hour so not too bad.

Don’t purchase tires from this dealer!

We purchased tires 1 year ago and they have 20,000 miles on them got a nail in the side wall and took it in to use the road hazard warranty. Walked out showing we had a $60 credit for the pro rated tire in which they still charged us more than what we purchased the tires for! $137 dollars later and we could have went to Discount Tire and purchased the same tire for $98 😡

Great service reps and great customer service

My service rep Rick had to leave for the day and Heather took over. She was very helpful and nice. She explained my vehicle inspection results to me and went over everything. The price it showed for my windshield wipers on the final total was more than it showed online. She made sure that I was charged for the price I saw on their website Instead of what the final total showed. I’m always treated kindly when I go to midtown Kia. Travis is amazing and so is his team.

Great car buying experience

Edgar was the best car salesman that I have had the pleasure of working with. He was very professional and made sure to put me at ease with my new car. The finance man Brent was also very kind and made sure to give me all of my options. As a car buyer I cannot recommend this team enough!

Brian Jones did the impossible for me! I honestly was unsure if any dealership could offer the exceptional service I was looking for with my credit until now. There's no where else I could've gone to get this kind of deal!

Heather may be the best to deal with. Let’s face it, you’re there to provide a service. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes not so fine. Yesterday was fine.

A Mystery Still In Process, But Employees Are Wonderful

Heather has gone to great lengths to try and get my intermittent starting issue resolved. She even arranged for a loaner car while they tried to pinpoint the issue, so I wasn’t inconvenienced at all. Sadly, my car refused to act up for service, but I have no doubt that Heather will help me if it starts acting up again.

Just an overall good experience!

I just had an overall good experience. I had gone to another Kia dealership that was closer to my house and it was a big mistake. Not only were numerous employees rude to me but they wanted to charge me over 300 dollars to have the work done when Tom Connely actually took the time to look into and not only was the issue I went there fixed and completely covered by my warranty but also was another issue that took From maybe 10 mins to find out. I would highly recommend Midtown Kia.

Not very satisfied

As I appreciate the replacement of my engine they did, I Do Not appreciate the fact that I have had to replace 2 idler pulleys a week after getting my vehicle back. One of the pulleys was extremely damaged. I'm not very impressed with the quality of the services, and appears to me one of the service technicians have a total disregard for workmanship.
