Best professional salesmen

First and foremost, your salesman, Jason Su is the best car salesman I've ever done business with. From our first text/email encounter he was nothing but professional and honest. He never gave me the runaround. He conducted business in a fashion I've never experienced in the history of my car shopping. Thank you so much Jason! Also, your finance rep, Alex Martinez, was excellent. He took the time to explain the details of my contract, he explained how the gap insurance works and it's benefits in lament terms so that I fully understood it all and made the appropriate decision. He was kind and professional the entire time. Thank you Alex!

Professional Clean Knowledgeable Considerate

The service was extremely quick and Joseph Sandridge knew exactly who I was when I drove up and remembered the cars history. I didn't have an appointment just drove up to the Express Service.

Great salesman! Love my Versa!

I liked how they worked with me well on financing so we can come to an agreement. Also, my salesperson, Jason, was excellent.

Express service

The waiting for my truck to have the oil change, tire patched, and air filter changed took almost 2 hrs, which I had never had to wait that long for a oil change and air filter change with something else needing attention.

clean bathroom great facility

I was pleased at how Jason helped me get into a car I really wanted without pressure. He left it up to me to make my decision.

was ok

everything was fine except for one thing and that was the cleaning of the headlights one was excellent the other was poor

Simply The Best

From the 1st day I visited your website, your staff was persistently prompt in making sure my questions were answered and thoroughly helpful. The picked us up from the Amtrak station, took us to the dealership, and even have refreshments waiting for us, which was awesome after ourvlong train ride. Nelly was absolutely AMAZING throughout the whole process of helping me choose my car, and walking me through the whole process. Johnny the sales manager went over and beyond in working out the financial aspect, both of them working hard to ensure I drove away in the car I wanted, and I did just that, drove away in the car I wanted. And Chuck in finance was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable about what he does, and veey thorough with the paperwork process. I couldn't be happier with you all.

excellent dealership

The customer service was quick & efficient. I didn't have to come out of pocket for a replacement airbag since my warranty was covered. Todd was very helpful in getting my car out in time for me to go to work which was a bonus. I'll continue to bring my car here for services.
