He never gave me the runaround. He conducted business in a fashion I've never experienced in the history of my car shopping. Thank you so much Jason! Also, your finance rep, Alex Martinez, was excellent. He took the time to explain the details of my contract, he explained how the gap insurance works and it's benefits in lament terms so that I fully understood it all and made the appropriate decision. The service was extremely quick and Joseph Sandridge knew exactly who I was when I drove up and remembered the cars history. I didn't have an appointment just drove up to the Express Service.

The customer service was quick & efficient. I didn't have to come out of pocket for a replacement airbag since my warranty was covered. Todd was very helpful in getting my car out in time for me to go to work which was a bonus. I'll continue to bring my car here for services.
