Bought a car here. I found that all their claims about the dealership on their website are true. Friendly, considerate, very respectful of my desires and limits, no pressure, many very nice cars! Mike, salesman, at my request, played and sang a song on their piano! He's pretty good!! Jillian is a Jill-of-all-trades, scurrying about doing multiple chores, making sure things run smoothly. She even repaired my back window wiper! Valerie, /finance guru, is very personable. She even helped me update my auto insurance policy! Now that is excellent customer service! Yep! Highly satisfied! Bought a 2019 kia didn't even own it for 1.5 months and it needed 4 new tires, brakes and roters, and and part of the engine that could leak oil did. Took it to a kia dealership and was quoted $7000 worth of work needed. To say i was mad was an understatement. And nothing could be done because it was 16 days past the 30 day warranty. Had to trade it in and add all that money still left owed to a new loan to make sure I could get myself son and disabled son to and from places if I could give a negative rating I 1000% would.
