Great experience !

Great experience ! I will definitely be back. I was able to get an appointment and have my car fixed in less than a day. My service advisor was very professional and communicated with me through the whole process.

Nissan went above and beyond to service my car and went the extra mile and delivered it to my home when I was unable to get there and pick it up in person. I purchased my car from this dealership and would do so again

I scheduled a 9:30 a.

I scheduled a 9:30 a.m. appointment and clearly noted that my vehicle was an Acura. I arrived early at 9:17 a.m. and was told that two cars were ahead of me. By 10:30 a.m., I still hadn’t received any updates, so I asked about the estimated time of completion. I was then told there was still one car ahead of me, meaning I had at least another hour to wait. I asked to speak with the manager, Chris, who explained that they were short-staffed and needed to order a filter—none of which had been communicated to me. I let him know I had to leave due to another appointment and suggested that staff should notify customers about any delays. His response was that I should have communicated my own schedule, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he mentioned that a technician had a heart attack, which came across as an inappropriate and possibly fabricated excuse. Sharing an employee's personal health information in that way is also a serious violation of privacy.(HIPPA) Due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall unprofessionalism, I will not be returning.

Arrived for my appointment at 10:29 AM vehicle was not

Arrived for my appointment at 10:29 AM vehicle was not ready until 12:30 AM, was given a message with status tracker that did not work or was not updated. When I asked about the tracker not being accurate wass told oh we don?t use it. I have neve had to wait that long for an oil change!especially when I made an appointment in advance. I guess after they make a sell service is not a priority!!

Takes way too long, it takes 2 hours for an oil change.
