Ray Catena Audi of Freehold was very accommodating. I had to reschedule my 8 o’clock appointment until 11 am and it was done without discussion. When I arrived the Service Advisor, Michael Lopez,immediately greeted me, established rapport, and discussed my service needs. Aside from the 10 k service, I also had a recall that I’d just received the day before. No problem. He got me out long before the expected time of 1 o’clock. Nice job on cleaning and vacuuming the 2021 Q5 too. Great service.

Arrived a little early for a scheduled recall appointment
Arrived a little early for a scheduled recall appointment and my 2021 Q5 was immediately taken into the immaculate service department, where I met Tony Watson. After taking my information and telling how long the wait would be, Tony showed me the very comfortable waiting area. Time went be very fast and soon I was on my way in my freshly washed car! It as a pleasure to visit the service department at Ray Catena Freehold!

My wife & I had an appointment for our Audi Q 5.
My wife & I had an appointment for our Audi Q 5. The drop-off was extremely easy, and very quick. We were directed to a Service Advisor, who greeted us and immediate brought up the car / appt. info on the computer. He knew we were going to wait for the service to be completed. The car left the drop-off area before we left his desk. We were cordially escorted to the waiting area which was very clean and very comfortable. While waiting we were visited by the Service Manager. He asked if we were OK, and would we like water, coffee or anything. He was very friendly and gracious. We really got the feeling the Service Dept. "cares" about giving customers excellent service. A great experience.

Although the staff was very pleasant, we leased a 2021 Q5...
Although the staff was very pleasant, we leased a 2021 Q5 in June, 2021, and the MMI system has never worked. The navigation system loses it's memory all the time, so we have to keep inputting addresses such as home and work. The Apple Car Play always cuts out, so it can't be relied on. We've taken it into service a few times, and been told that Audi is aware of the problem and working on a fix. Possibly in 2022. They're not willing to do anything further, and we're stuck with this expensive, new car that we can't rely on. Seems like the dealership would care more about leasing new cars that work! Who cares how nice they are or if they clean your car when they can't fix it.

I called the number Robert DAndrea as requested above. That's the main number. After going through various people I was told he is not available at this time. I left my mobile #. Why was I not called at my number on file?
So Rob and John did everything they could. Unfortunately, my car is still not working. The navigation system loses its memory (still promising a fix from Audi), and after driving my car for 11 miles, they found no problem with Apple Car Play disconnecting Google Maps in the middle of a drive. That was expected - it only happens about 25% of the time (way too much for me), but they would have to use the car much more to see the problem. They're saying there's nothing more they can do, and my conversation with Audi ended up with being told to contact the dealer. So, I still have no resolution, and am heartbroken that Audi does not stand behind it's product. Anyone have advice?

Such a nice guy. I inquired about purchasing a Q7 online. Alex kept me updated on inventory that was coming in weekly. I saw the car I was looking for and scheduled a test drive with Alex the same day. Before test driving my Q7 Alex explained all the functions of this SUV and answered all my questions. He was so nice and patient in explaining the features. Just from his professionalism, I had made up in mind that I was going to purchase the Q7 from this dealership. I would definitely recommend Audi Freedhold and Alex to my friends and family.
