My husband and I had a great experience from start to finish going through CarMax. Looking for the car online, to help in person with employees, test drive and trade in and all the paperwork have all been smooth and respectful. We are very thankful.

We liked the relaxed atmosphere. Walking the lot to look at cars without a salesman. No hard, sales pitch here. We thought our sales person was very informative, gave great advice. We got a good offer for our trade-in. The whole process of buying a car was simplified.

Adam was very helpful! He took us as a walk-in with another appointment just 30 minutes later. He helped us find a better car, with lower mileage and free shipping. He kept us updated on the cars whereabouts, and was very respectful!

This is easy to review for me, nice people, efficient, simple process, your trade in price, their price, simple, do it or don't - no haggling. I like that.

I have bought a lot of cars as this was my first time using Carmax. Honestly it’s a different experience and that’s ultimately a good thing. No haggling and no high pressure sales tactics. They offer you some extras if you say no it’s fine. Kenna was our sales associate and she was absolutely fabulous! We also had found the car we wanted online at another site and they shipped it at no cost to our local dealer with no obligation to buy and held it till we could drive it. While it’s nice to be able to get the price down some the price they were selling for, in all reality was market value. First time I have bought a car and it didn’t take all day because of the sales tactics and frankly the drama. I would use them again!
