Was looking for a specific truck. Mike had one. I live 4 hours away. I rented a car one way to get there. Truck looked new! Vehicle and paperwork were ready - no issues. Drove it all the way home. Excellent communication throughout the deal, even took me to Enterprise to return car I had rented. He had offered a delivery service to my door as well - but I wanted to see the vehicle before putting out the money.

This is really good place to look for used cars! Very reliable and the staff is very friendly. I recently visited the place and it was as expected.

I’m an active-duty member who bought a 2006 Subaru Outback. It’s been a year and I’m still finding jerry-rigged parts in my failing suspension. Customer service was bad when I called to ask about the car not starting an hour after I bought it. Title was never mailed to me or lost in the mail.

The customer service was A+! They went above and beyond to take care of this deal. The service and speed was better then the "huge" dealers I've bought brand new cars from in the past. They will have my business again and again and again.

Bought a 2009 Kia Spectra. When I drove it off the lot there was 1/2 tank of gas. The day I test drove it it was near empty. Why not fill it up, it's only 14 gallons? Found out a couple days later when I filled it. The gas tank was leaking, but only when near full. Called the salesman, the next day he told me "Mike said he would take care of it." Never heard from Mike, it's been two weeks. Word to the wise - take the car to your mechanic BEFORE you buy from this dealer.

Lopiccolo's made the whole process extremely simple and enjoyable! They have wonderful customer service, and the salesman, Ivan, even checks up with me once in a while just to make sure the car is running smooth and that i still enjoy the car.
