Went and bought a car ( honda accord 17) august 5th.

Went and bought a car ( honda accord 17) august 5th. Worst mistake of my life. When i drove it everything seemed fine. A week later out of the blue. 4 lights popped up. Its runs like 💩 These people mask all the issues at the time of purchase. And when you actually pay for everything and drive it off there lot issue arises. They push this awful warranty because they know there cars are trash. They take no accountability for anything. I took my car to an actual honda dealership and they inspect and appraise my car because they are interested in buying it. They tell me " how the xxxx did this car pass inspection, this would've never left my lot. You have 4 bald tires. And your breaks are on its last legs." I didnt ask for any inspection. I was there to get a a key fob because motor max gave me a faulty key. They tell me i have Grounds to sue and im strongly considering it. Anyone thats goes to this establishment please thoroughly check everything. These people will smile in your face to get the sale. And wont help with any issues after they take your $$$$$

They didn’t respond to my inquiry.

They didn’t respond to my inquiry. So I don’t know about the availability of the vehicle.

I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 STX and where do I start.

I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 STX and where do I start. First the truck had bed bugs in it. Second the check engine light never came on and the thermostat stuck which boiled the oil and at 250 degreees it turned to gas and cooked the oilpan gasket which almost caught the truck on fire if i hadn't stopped driving ir. Also it had a recall on the transmission I never knew about. Then the electronic power steering went out not long after I got it which cost me 2000 bucks. Next the emergency break engaged and almost flipped the vehicle. Needless to say as a US veteran 100% disabled I am stuck without a truck. What a waste of 16k. Never buying a vehicle from this place again.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Purchased an Infiniti M56 for $19k. After 17k miles, the timing chain came off so it was totaled. They also Dye all their interior to make the card look new. Avoid this place at all cost. I mean, don’t even look on their lot. Thru are that bad and dishonest

From a U.

From a U.S. Army veteran, this is my experience dealing with this dealership; I found a vehicle I was interested in, I made a very reasonable offer based on the vehicle's age and mileage, and Nate told me via text that his GM would not budge on the price. I received notification via email that a price drop of $1000 was placed on this vehicle and that my offer of $6500 sight unseen was refused and Nate told me that his GM would not budge on the price, the original asking price was $7990. After making several reasonable offers on this vehicle and my offers being refused, I blocked all numbers that had contacted me via phone and text. I will not do business with a dealership that refuses to negotiate price, especially on a 22 year old vehicle with close to 214k miles on it. Thanks but no thanks is in order for this dealership and its GM Christy Thoi and salesman Nate.;

Nice sales people and friendly service.

Nice sales people and friendly service. However, I would not recommending buying from here. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from them. It "passed" their inspection and less than 2 months after purchase and less than 500 miles had to have a repair that cost $2700 on the front end. In addition they sold me a warranty that they told me covered everything from Bumper to Bumper for the first 24 months. Of Course the Warranty did not pick up any of the repair and are very hard to get on the phone. The Jeep dealer that was doing the repair and trying to submit the claim could never get them on the phone. If you do buy a car from this place, DO NOT get the warranty that they are going to try to sell you. I would think this being a small business that they would want to do better and don't see how they could look people in the eye and say "this is my best work". HARD PASS ON MOTOR MAX!

Bought car in Oct 2022, beautiful car, no money down

Bought car in Oct 2022, beautiful car, no money down through One Main Financial. But VERY next day, car ran hot--Heater Core,, $3000+,, but, yes, they (Motor Max) fixed it at no charge! Soon months later, visiting my brother in North Carolina--got there and there was NO coolant in reservoir.... In all cars i've owned, I've never had to refill them with coolant in a few months time (this was months later after Heater Core replacement). In about 14 months later (after expiration of my warranty), had to take to Hyundai dealer-- wiring harness and brake light switch,,, another $800 or so. Now mind you, MOST people I talk to say they've had VERY GOOD Success with their Motor Max vehicles. They do have a great looking inventory, one of of the most diverse. Then in June of this year, car ran Hot again,, yes I checked coolant prior to trip. Now what? It's Head Gaskets,,, around $3500 to fix, ($4600-%5900 for Used engine and $9000 for New engine). So, though people saying "why don't you take the car back to Motor Max), honestly 1. i can't blame them,, hey, after warranty was over,, the car then is As Is. I can't make them fix it, it's now MY problem. 2. If i take it back,, I get repo and can be sued, Plus my credit goes bad... soooo, stuck with $9765 balance to pay on car I can't drive. Nope, not mad at Motor Max... again, the majority of people give Great reviews... maybe i'm just the one who had the bad apple with the worm. Years ago i was hoping to land a job there in sales, was unaware they not fond of People of Color working there,,,it made car buying bit uncomfortable (but I was desperate and they had good choices). This the reason I wouldn't refer no one there. BUT honestly, if you're looking for a large selection of cars, with "decent" miles,, ok price, YES,Then i'd recommend here.

check engine light, car shaking, smoking and radiator

check engine light, car shaking, smoking and radiator blew out as soon as we left dealership 5 miles down the road after buying it. they told us the car was perfect and we got it inspected by someone THEY recommend. They 100% knew about the radiator and the spark plugs misfiring THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Then we wrote honest reviews and then they called and told us we needed to remove them from the website if we wanted help with the car at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
