The service took too long.
The service took too long. We had an appointment for an oil change only and was there for well over an hour. After we received the truck, we could smell burning oil for several hours as if oil was spilt on the engine. Not happy with the service and will most likely not give you that opportunity again.

Asked for a quote before I signed off on anything, told
Asked for a quote before I signed off on anything, told me it was going to be 290.00, I said ok, then signed the iPad to do the work. Then charged me 470.00, I obviously complained and to make it right all they did was take 50 dollars off. I will not be returning! I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and this is how I’m treated?

Fuel Pump was replaced at 13500 miles though recall.
Fuel Pump was replaced at 13500 miles though recall. Failed at 57600 miles. The recalled fuel pump only lasted 44000 miles. Should still be cover under a defective recall fuel pump. Also, with a 60000-mile/ 5-year warranty it should have been covered under the factory warranty. Car was to be repaired 8/29/2024 however it was finished on 9/5/5024.I had to pay for the fuel pump plus 2 tow charges. Apparently, the fuel pump was difficult to get from Honda.

Nice, friendly, knowledgeable. Clean, good coffee and water. Helpful staff. Little bit of a wait though. 2 hours.
