    Negotiated potential price by email as we live nearly 2 hrs from dealership. Excellent customer support staff and vehicle was as described once we we made... the trip to Shelby and inspected it. Price was "average" to my thinking, although difficult to gauge, as the CRV was a 2006 model with relatively low mileage and in excellent condition and probably would be one highly sought after. Just made the purchase 3 days ago and are to this point very happy with the vehicle.

    I recently inquired a paint recall with my Honda. Expecting a lengthy and exasperating process, to my surprise it was totally opposite at Renaldo Honda.... Customer Service was SUPERB!!! The professionals took a look at my car, completed all necessary paperwork, and my car was scheduled for paint within 3 days!!!! My car looks brand new!!! I am totally satisfied and can assure you that Renaldo Honda is where I will definitely be buying my next car!!! Thanks Renaldo!!!!

    Took my Honda in for an airbag recall, that went very well, But then was told my ball joints were bad and they estimate a price of 555.00. Called to set... up appointment but was never called back. Took my car to two different garages and was told I had NO ISSUES!!! Seems this service center is trying to profit from unnecessary services

    Made 3 seperate trips to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. First trip, I stood at the reception desk 15 minutes or more and no one acknowledged I was... there. I walked away. A week later, as soon as I walked in a saleslady greeted, me took me to her desk area and proceeded to tell me that was only her 6th day on the job. Of course she knew not one answer to my questions, asked another saleslady (twice) , who told the new one "go look it up in the book". Can you believe it?????????? Finally, wanting to keep my business local and not have to look out of town, I went back yesterday, asked to see the sales manager or general manager, was told one " would be right with me", sat and waited another 15 minutes, and still nobody there came to see if they could help me. Needless to say, this dealership doesn't want my business and I will NEVER go again nor recommend!!!

    As soon as we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and asked if we could be helped. Immediately a salesperson was summons to help us. Ms Janae Jackson... assisted us. She was very nice, knowledgeable, courteous, informative, joyful and professional. She answered the few questions that we had, which weren't many because she was very thorough in her presentation and explanation of the vehicle. We have bought at least four vehicles from this dealership and have had great experiences each time. I will definitely recommend Ms Jackson and this dealership to friends and family.

    LOUD BOOMING BASS MUSIC in waiting area and i felt like was in a nightclub. I couldnt even think straight. Blood pressure was climbing and i felt sick.... Not a healthy enviroment. Going to Nissan dealership next timr.

    My fiance and I bought a used 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer from Renaldo Honda on July 6, 2016. This was our first time going thru the process of buying a vehicle... from a dealership. Everyone at the dealership made the process as easy as could be, and explained everything about the paperwork so we would not be confused about any of it. Leah Henline was very sweet and helped us in any way she could. I highly recommended anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Renaldo Honda first, and to ask for her if they see something they like. The finance manager was very helpful as well and worked with us to get our payment where we needed it to be.
