    Brandon was such a great help. I had a bad experience a couple of months ago with another salesperson & he made me very thing right again. I had honestly... given up hope on Renaldo until he came along. Meredith Mims is also super wonderful!

    My fiance and I bought a used 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer from Renaldo Honda on July 6, 2016. This was our first time going thru the process of buying a vehicle... from a dealership. Everyone at the dealership made the process as easy as could be, and explained everything about the paperwork so we would not be confused about any of it. Leah Henline was very sweet and helped us in any way she could. I highly recommended anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Renaldo Honda first, and to ask for her if they see something they like. The finance manager was very helpful as well and worked with us to get our payment where we needed it to be.

    Always get great, friendly service. Always greeted with a smile from Christy every time that I come in for service ( she's just the BEST). They always... remind me when things will soon be due for service. The mechanics are top notch also. In the 15 years that I've been a customer, I have never had to bring a car back because something wasn't done right. That's incredible since I drive a lot and come in every couple of months for service. I've been a customer since 2005 and three cars later (that I purchased here) I still come back to this dealership.

    Matt Hulsey took very good care of us this year as he did last year when we bought our 2019. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He made the transition... from one vehicle to the other effortless, we didn't have to do anything but get in our new CRV and drive home.

    Brought my 1998 Honda Accord in for a recall. I also had an oil change and tire rotation. Being a 28 year old car, that I had bought new, an inspection... was done to point out some areas on the car that needed attention. I have always received great service.

    I bought a 2018 odyssey. I saw it online and had the dealership deliever it to me, since it was out of state and I was selling my new accord private party.... i trusted in the honda certification, and that experience was a great one. super simple and they were on time with the delivery. Now the negative, the van was filthy! smelled like an ashtray and had a burn hole in the passenger armrest. there were not any floor matts. looked like the car was just traded in and never looked at again, though a sales man did drive it to my home an hour away. my heart sank. I bought this car online, but with all my experience with certified honda dealerships I didn’t think this would be an issue. I called back and was told to bring the van back and they would correct it. They did a wonderful job, fixed the burn hole, removed the smell (well mostly) , and did a great job detailing it. it was all fixed!! so they made it right and i’m happy. (I did have to drive an hour there and back and waited 3hrs) the minivan is what I wanted. Oh and the weather tech mats are to be shipped to my home when they come in!
