Our appointment was for 1pm and our car was given to the mechanic at 1:5 the repair took 45 minutes we waited in a customer lounge and had a tv to watch and free snacks and coffee or water the waiting area was very clean at when the repair was done the customer service representative explained the problem that was repaired and that there was no change for the repair

Easy to deal with and kept me informed on what was going on and appreciated suggestions for what needed to be done.

She was very pleasant and kept me well informed about the service being done on my car.

Great experience except for the tv was playing Fox News, I don’t want to hear politics as I wait on my car to be ready. I had a book to read but still had to hear the tv. Not sure if I will go back.

Professional, great and friendly service!! Kept me updated and informed of the oil change and tire rotation work for my Honda Civic. I was even loaned a car due to miscommunication about the recall work being done on the fuel pump. Wonderful people!
