No plate after half a year from the purchase

We purchased a car about half a year ago, and till this day we cannot get a permanent plate. The documents were submitted to the dealership immediately, but it seems they were lost, we submitted updated documents again. Still no result. Noone is returning phone calls. We had to apply for temporary registration for the 4th time now. Each time temporary registration takes a working day from our calendar. Noone from Lexus can update us on the status, though the initial plan was to have permanent license plate in under 2 weeks! The buying experience was outstanding, but the fail with the license plate is really discouraging.

I have been a loyal Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains for several years because they offer reliable expert, professional, straight-forward service. Alan and the service department are always amenable and helpful. I recently purchased a new car and salesperson Shavaune Shackleford was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. He listened to my needs and guided me in making the right decision. He continues to be responsive, patient and helpful after the purchase whenever I call or come in with questions. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and staff!

This is the worse Dealer ever, I bring my Lexus RX for service and because I didn’t purchase my vehicle with them the service was denied and I asked for inspection and the mechanic was eating at this time and he leave the trash inside, and I went back to him and he didn’t even say sorry… Never again I call Ray Catena for any reason…Ury Torres.

We have purchased 3 Lexus vehicles from Ray Catena

We have purchased 3 Lexus vehicles from Ray Catena dealerships. The process was cordial and we obtained excellent prices. The vehicle service has been very good. We recently heard a squeak in a 2021 Lexus GX 460 when slowly rolling over a speed bump. The technician was determined to find the cause. We went for a ride and reproduced the noise. We were provided with a loaner and a front spring, shock, strut mount and several other parts were replaced. It was a superb experience. Fixed and not the classic dealer move of "we didn't hear it or find it". Ray Catena dealerships are "class acts" who provide the support customers deserve and respect.

Issue of Title

I purchased a Lexus NX 200 in April 2020 and paid cash. I recently moved and did not find my title. I applied for a duplicate through DMV and found out there is still a lien on the car. I have been in contact with Tim Feighery, my salesperson, since August 30th, 2022 (today is 1/6/2023), to resolve this, and I still have not received the title. This is unacceptable.

Unresponsive.

Unresponsive. I leased our last two vehicles from Ray Catena. The current car - an NX300H - is coming off its lease, and we really like the car, so have decided to do a lease buyout. I reached out to the rep who sold us the car, who said he would have the finance manager get back to us. Nothing. I then left 3 messages, over the course of a week for the finance manager and no response. So, I used a 3rd party financial institution to do the financing. Am amazed that Ray Catena doesn't value our business enough to return a phone call.

I recently leased a 2022 IS 350 F Sport.

I recently leased a 2022 IS 350 F Sport. This is the third Lexus I have leased from Ray Catena Lexus. Specifically from Shavaune. He has been nothing less than wonderful to deal with. From the first vehicle I leased to now, Shavaune always kept me updated. He has always gone out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Shavaune in my opinion is what a professional car salesman should be like. He always listens and provides great feedback as well as answers any questions I have ever had. Shavaune is very polite, professional, courteous, and friendly, and in my opinion, he really cares for his customers. As long as he is a salesman I will never bother going to anyone dealership or salesperson, except him. He really is a one-of-a-kind person. I feel he is a major asset to Ray catena, and they are fortunate to have such a great person representing them as part of their sales force.
