My issue was not resolved with my original appointment,
My issue was not resolved with my original appointment, however, I had to take my husbands appointment to get the technician to troubleshoot the issue with the AC. The dealership did however take my car in first and resolved the issue. I feel like they need more help or qualified technicians at the service department to help customers and satisfy their customers. I was very irritated at first and wanted to switch to Nissan also convince my husband to do the same since we have two Mitsubishi and we are repeat customers but I am willing to give them another opportunity to redeemed themselves.

Very nice staff.
Very nice staff. Promised to have parts in to repair known defect and it has been a month and still waiting. I giving this review a 4 because of Laura G and Ray's customer service, I would give a 5 if the wait for parts was not that long.
