Poor quality service department

Buyer beware of this dealership. The service department is the absolute worst. Management at the dealership does not seem to recognize that it is the service after the sale that is important and only wants to sell you junk. The service department failed to correctly identify the problem with the car on multiple visits for exactly the same issue. Their advise was, "The clock in the car won't keep the correct time because you aren't driving the car enough, drive it more." After driving it more frequently, they say, "Oh, the battery just needs the static discharged from it, then it will work - and keep driving it more." Well, wouldn't you know it, drive it more and pass the 36,000 mile warranty that applies to the radio (where the clock is located), then suddenly and quite conveniently, the dealership "finds" that the issue all along has been the memory in the radio ... however, since the car was then beyond the 36,000 miles, they want $1,000 to fix it now! Oh but wait! The voice mail leaving the news that they won't take care of their mis-diagnostic also informs us that they will be HAPPY to sell us a new car if we'd like to trade this one in. Sorry guys, once you learn how service works, you might get repeat business. Until then, there are other dealerships who know how to treat customers and know how to properly identify issues while they are under warranty and do the right thing by their customers. Avoid this dealership!

Gettle Does the Job

I feel that the dealership was straight forward and honest. The salesman I worked with was a very nice likable young man who took my needs into consideration

Great Dealership

I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. They are very easy and great to work with. I will return when looking to buy again later. I will also highly recommend them to my friends.

Great car and experience, wish I would have got a better package option then the basic one. I would shop there when in the market for a new car in the future.

Leasing a Tucson in one day

It was a great experience. I leased a 2017 Tucson all over a period of four hours. Driving it home I was only a mile up the road and a junk truck dropped a patio table right in front of my vehicle! I was able to swerve and avoid it. Glad I got damage insurance.

Car Shopping

My family went to Gettels Hyundai of Lakewood in Bradenton to lease a vehicle for my son away at college. BIll McLaughlin was the salesperson who helped us. He went above and beyond what a salesperson would do. At first, we weren't quite sure what vehicle we wanted since we were trying to get the best price for an SUV while still trying to keep the down payment and monthly payments lower for my son. Bill worked with us for a week, and we finally had the deal and car we wanted. For a salesperson, he listened to us and understood our situation since he went through the college scene with his children. If Bill didn't know an answer to our question, he found out or got the manager involved. I would recommend stopping by to see Bill McLaughlin the next time you want to purchase a vehicle. He's a knowledge and dependable car salesperson.

Fake online price structure. Beware.

Shopping for a used camry for our 16yr old daughter. They tried to explain why they actually wanted 4k more than their fake online price. Clean carfax. Front bumper obviously KO'd something. Sales manager killed the deal for us with his loud slow talking as if we were ignorant. We will be purchasing a camry......just not from these schmucks! Our sales person was a nice young man named Skylar. He did nothing wrong.
