My 2015 Kia was in the shop for almost two months getting an engine replacement. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed my license plate was broken.... They replaced that, but when I got home I noticed a lot more damage. Someone had hit something in my car. I called several times and went up there to be turned away due to no appointment. I finally get to talk to someone and I am told that now too much tome has passed and they will not fix my car. The front bumper is torn and the headlights misaligned. I will not be back and I will be contacting Kia directly.
Bought a new kia. , it had no spare, dealer would not make it right, would have to pay $375. Have bought 4 new kia from them .No More

My 2009 Traverse was beginning to bleed us a bit every month or two so we decided it was time to shop. I spent quite a bit of time researching my next... vehicle and based on reliability, safety and other desired features narrowed it down to a Subaru Forester and Kia Sorento. I test drove a Forester 2 years ago when my wife was shopping for a new car but had never been in a Kia of any sort. I requested internet pricing from a total of 3 dealerships. Steve Landers Kia responded with an e-mail within a minute asking if they could call. I replied yes and was contacted by phone within the next 30 minutes. The other two dealerships contacted me the following day. I ended up at Steve Landers that very afternoon and fell head over hills with the Sorento. I felt that I should at least run by the Subaru dealership and take the Forester for another spin, after all it was about 10 grand cheaper similarly equipped. Before that test drive wss over I knew I was buying the Sorento. My salesman was Steve Parks, a fine, personable man with whom I immediately felt comfortable. The internet qoute i got was for a lower priced Sorento but i was able to get the same reduction percent-wise on the premium model - about 11% off sticker. I got a fair trade value for the Ttaverse. All very painless and 95% of it done over the phone. The actual purchase took a little longer than was necessary (about an hour) but, in all fairness, we were operating under a very tight schedule that afternoon which increased our impatience. The delays certainly had nothing to do with negotiations. The deal was firm. The finance guy, when we got to him was efficient and offered, but did not push, extended warranties and the like. We were introduced to the general manager and Service Department manager. A nicebtpuch. Steve Landers Autogroup just recently purchased this dealership. The building is likely mid-seventies construction but it really didn't affect my desire to purchase. They will be moving to a highly modern facility within 6 months. I really don't interact with anyone else but I observed a lot more on my three visits to the dealership. The sales staff was friendly, even playing extensively with a couple of young grade-schoolers waiting on their mother working with another agent. Overall I'd have to say this was one of my best - no THE best - car-buying experience in my nearly 60 tears. Thanks especially to Steve Parks who made it all happen.
I can only speak for me and they treated me 1st class right from the start.even though I had challenging credit they put me in a new 2016 kia soul in October... of 2015.the couple of issues that were recalled by factory were taken care of immediately.my salesperson Lamar Taylor is 1st class and he was very professional and understanding.i am very happy with the service they give and I am looking forward to when I can trade it in for a new 3rd row seat sorento.
I actually came in for recall repairs, knowing I was interested in a new Soul as well. I DID leave with my new car , 2017 Soul+! This was a painless and... seamless buying experience. David White and Marion were very helpful . This is my third purchase of a Kia Soul +, by far the best experience. Thanks , I'll be back!
