They didn’t put air in my tires I got an oil change they

They didn’t put air in my tires I got an oil change they didn’t change the sticker or reset the gauge on my dash which I feel like maybe my oil wasn’t even changed at all

I scheduled an appointment for a warranty minor repair.

I scheduled an appointment for a warranty minor repair. The appointment was more than a week out. When I arrived the switch needed for the repair was not in stock. I had made a 50 mile drive for nothing.

The salesman Bun B was amazing he got my son the car he wanted the note he could afford and he made it look easy while we waited got to test drive a truck that I really wanted!!!!!He was funny and professional at the same time …Thanks for the smooth purchase we will be back!!

Kia charged a lot to fix the issue but the dealer was helpful in informing me on my options. I wasn’t able to fix the issue through Kia but the issue did get resolved.
