Good Service

The service advisor was willing to listen to my concerns and kept me updated as to the progress on the work being done. The text/ email service updates and online estimate approvals and payments were convenient.

Clean facilities.

Comfortable waiting area. Good explanation of service by service advisor. Service advisor followed up after the day of service to be sure I was satisfied.

Great Service.

Everyone is courteous , helpful.Does a great job.Quality of repairs and customer service are over the top.But the labor costs are very high.

Buying made easy

I knew the car I wanted before going in and Fox had it on the lot. My salesman was great. After the car was prepped, Nick picked me up at home and took me to the dealership so I could drive it home.

Great Service

No one was pushy. Nick let us take our time to look and test drive different vehicles. He discussed several options and let us take our time with the purchase even with a last minute change in what color we wanted as well. I did not feel any pressure to purchase but knew that Subaru would be my choice this time. I cannot wait to drive it, but am pleasantly surprised with the great service that we received.
